Abstract

The protection for a shoe sole or heel or tread surface incorporates hooked-pile or velvet pile material integrated with the shoe. The first pile material may be directly stuck, sewn, pressed or riveted to the sole, or applied to the insole. A second layer of material also possesses pile material attached to the first layer. U-shaped elastic profiled pieces are applied to the base-soles or heels for interchangeable soles to be inserted into them. Air-breathing absorbent soles are incorporated. USE/ADVANTAGE - Interchangeable soles or heels are attached to shoes for various purposes, by means of hooked-pile or velvet material.

Description

Training and retrofittable for every shoe and every type of shoe, such as B. boots, sandals, Sports shoes of all kinds, etc., d. i.e., how to procure.

  • a) Beschreibung gemäß §5 PatAnmVo
    a) Description according to §5 PatAnmVo
    • 1) Pursuant to 35 para. 1 sentence 3 of the Patent Act, the title of the application is: "Ruck-Zuck-Wechs elsohlen / Paragraphs" and parts thereof (see above).
    • 2) Further information
      • 1. Affects the entire shoe industry.
      • 2. The state of the art was previously easily visible in all branches of this industry. If this procedure had been known prior to this application, the "market" would already have been exposed to it - already from international competition - because it was unique.
However, for this the national patent office carries out a national / international site check, which will most likely not result in any relevant claims, so that after the first check you can probably proceed to the PCT application.
      • 3. Each shoe sole or each heel is subject to different levels of stress depending on the material and load, which sooner or later leads to such tread wear that u. U. he must be soled again, which the layperson can rarely get himself, at least not with the simplicity of the procedure specified here. In addition, other soles of different profiles would not be changeable, especially not with regard to the quick change if weather and / or soil conditions (ice) require it.
      • 4. Protection is therefore sought for all patent claims within the scope of this invention, which contains the following points specified in accordance with § 4 PatAnmV, which do not go beyond the originally disclosed content in relation to the summary of the patent application according to § 36 PatG.

The main claim is against everyone Shoe house or retrofitting with the method of "Quick-change-soles / heels" for everyone Shoe type, d. that is, treads of different materials as u./ or profile texture, soles this Ver driving that are designed so that adaptation burden exercises while walking or running are reduced in who are breathing air, d. that is, your air cushion only at Stress (e.g. jogging) slowly due to side sole makes openings (see subsidiary claims), or paragraphs or parts thereof "jerk-zuck" on the Basis of so-called "Velcro, adhesive or hook fasteners sse "can be replaced, whereby to the invention heard that these interchangeable parts on the soles, Ab sentences and parts of it from constructive or design reasons on the shoe upper - that then also with "Velcro" at the relevant points - Material is provided -, can overlap. For example, in subsidiary claims within the scope of Section 35 (1) Sentence 2, paragraph 4 (PatG) ensure that these claims not through tricks (in the spirit theft), d. H. so-called modifications According to the motto: "Good idea", we do it just like that similar!

For example, ancillary claim to a U-profile frame the insole is attached to insert Soles and / or heels, the z. B. with coin locks mechanically secured, d. that is, these claims in addition to the "Ruck-Zuck" sole changing process generally raised. It affects everyone here too Type of shoe, both for old and to be retrofitted new footwear, the insoles of which turn out a base or Velcro sole.

The changes specified in the subsidiary claims sole procedure, which is the "jerk-change" method should affect tangible theft to be protected.
