Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an indicator light according to the Preamble of the main claim.
Known warning lights, one with a picto illuminated areas provided with grammes or information elements che are sandwiched, d. H. the electrical components are recorded on a plate men, which is covered by a cover. The Cover is usually opaque and has the or the pictograms and the information elements, whereby the radiation area is illuminated from the inside. On due to the construction mentioned, the construction height of the Light quite big. However, with these hints the min minimum luminance over the entire surface and required uniformity are observed.
To order warning lights also under a lamp NEN, it is known to have a hollow body an open side facing the lamp to use as a carrier for the pictograms. Here too the width of the lamp is still large if one uniform brightness on the side surfaces of the Hollow body should be generated.
It is also known to reduce construction deep to place a disc below the lamp. Such warning lights are without special measures men on their disc surface dark because everything over a right angle to the surface of the pane standing edge of the window fed light at the Disk surface due to physical laws the light refraction totally reflected at interfaces and thus remains inside the panes, or emerges at another edge. If all dings the disc surface by engraving or Coating with a scattering paint with the Information elements are provided at this point turn off the light. Forms in the engraved areas the luminance of the lamps decreases and it is possible Lich, bright rays over large panes represent. They develop less brightly scattering coatings. This well-known lamp but is not to be used if the entire Disk surface should shine, e.g. B. in which the one Window side completely matt or coated becomes. This requirement consists in emergency lighting. In this case, high irregularities arise because the not totally reflective surfaces near the lamp most of the light outside already reflect space. The end is particularly critical guides of the indicator light with the washers, if they don't just span their entire area in one rich radiation, but on both sides. A wide one rer disadvantage of the disk light described it that it is not suitable for lighting the pictograms also the paths in front of the picto to illuminate grams.
The invention is therefore based on the object Information light to create a shallow depth and has high light over the entire surface Luminance and emits evenly. This task is inventively by the characteristic note times of the main claim in connection with the characteristics len of the generic term solved.
Because that comes from a radiation source Light before entering the light distribution body, the can be designed as a hollow body or disc, is bundled both in planes across Light distribution body as well as in planes parallel to it this is achieved in the area of the lamp near the Light distribution body significantly less luminous flux through the opaque material of the hollow body or the scattered coating of the disc and is reflected or transmitted. This is a essential step to achieve a high Uniformity of radiation.
By the measure specified in the subclaims Men are advantageous further training and improvements possible. It is advantageous that by the Aus formation of the bundling optics at the same time or indirect lighting can be achieved so that Escape routes or the like can be illuminated. Here the uniformity of the pictogram illumination not affected. It is also advantageous that on the light entry surface of the light distribution opposite side in the light distribution a reflector with sloping surfaces is the of the light falling on this side directs to the radiation surfaces.

The lamp shown in Fig. 1 consists of a lamp 1 , which is arranged in the embodiment above the longitudinal edge of a light distribution body 2 , and from a light-bundling optics 3 , which is 5 in the embodiment as a reflector 4 and prismatic lens. The light distribution body is made of a rectangular hollow body made of white opaque material, which is open on the side facing the lamp 1 . The pictograms or reference elements are arranged on one or two opposing radiation surfaces 6 . As a Lichtver distribution body 2 , a transparent disc can be used, which is coated light scattering on the radiation surface. As arranged by the arrows 7 , the elongated lamp 1 , e.g. B. a fluorescent lamp, emitted light through the prismatic lens 5 . The prisms are located on the side facing away from the lamp, ie facing the light distribution body 2 , and are evenly distributed over the surface. The prismatic lens 5 bundles the beams both in planes across and parallel to the light distribution body. The reflector 4 envelops the lamp 1 and has side reflectors and an adjoining roof reflector, whereby on the one hand the lamp is protected against direct view and on the other hand the efficiency is considerably increased. The prismatic lens 5 closes both the light entry surface 7 of the light distribution body 2 and the light exit surface of the reflector 4 . The reflector can also be formed in a different shape.
In Fig. 2, the light-bundling optics 3 consists of egg nem lamella grid 8 with parabolically shaped lamellae 9 and a reflector symmetrical to the lamp axis, which can be designed as a parabolic reflector 10 . The Lamellenra ster 8 causes bundling in planes parallel to the radiating surface 6 of the light distribution body 2 , while the light is bundled by the lamp 1 comprising pa rabolic shaped reflector 10 in planes transverse to the radiating surface 6 or transversely to the lamp axis. Instead of the lamella grid 8 in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a prismatic lens with strip prisms can be used transversely to the lamp axis. Strips with a prism angle of 30 ° are particularly favorable.
In Fig. 3 another embodiment is Darge provides, in which the light-focusing optics is arranged at a distance from the light entry surface 7 . Here, the reflector 11 is elliptical, the lamp 1 being arranged in one focal point and the other focal point near or on the light-entry surface 7 of the light distribution body 2 . The light exit surface of the reflector 11 is in turn closed with a prismatic lens 12 with strip prisms or also with a prismatic lens 5 according to FIG. 1.
As can be seen from Fig. 3, a roof-shaped reflector 13 is arranged on the light entry surface 7 opposite side of the light distribution body. This reflector 13 is used to illuminate the part of the light distribution body which is remote from the lamp particularly strongly. In one embodiment with two radiation surfaces 6 , the reflector 13 is roof-shaped, while with only one radiation surface, the reflector, as indicated by the dashed lines, is oblique. Of course, the roof-shaped reflector 13 can also have an inverted shape, ie have a V-shaped cross section. By the reflector 13 , the uniformity of the luminance on the radiating surface 6 is increased. The same arrangement applies to a pane as a light distribution body, the surface 7 opposite the light entry surface being inclined and provided with a reflector. Depending on the application, the side surfaces of the panes are provided with a reflective or transmitting coating that interrupts the total reflection.
In Figs. 4 to 8 show further embodiments are shown in which an additional path lighting is derived for the illumination of the pictograms. This is expediently done with the portion of the lamp light which is only fed into the light distribution body to a limited extent or not at all. Fig. 4 shows a first possibility, in which a roof reflector 14 with a side opening, which is used for lighting We with a single-sided light. The light sent out by the lamp 1 is reflected on the curved surface of the roof reflector 14 and emerges laterally through the opening. To avoid glare, a side reflector 15 is provided. With this arrangement, no light comes down steeply, ie parallel to the pane. If the reflector is widened in such a way that it stands over the light distribution body, this disadvantage is eliminated. Accordingly, Fig. 3 is a view obliquely arranged reflector 16 on the opposite side of the light entry surface provided. In a double-sided lamp, not shown, a double-curved roof reflector is provided above the lamp 1 , so that the radiation emerging upwards is reflected on two sides.
In Fig. 5, the lamp 1 is arranged below the light face 7 with prismatic lens 5 , wherein a further prismatic lens 17 is provided below the lamp. This prismatic lens 17 is also used in a path lighting to limit the direct glare. Furthermore, Seitenreflekto ren 15 are provided, which shield the lamp 1 . If the lamp is arranged above the light entry surface, the same arrangement is used for indirect lighting.
In Figs. 6 to 8 embodiments are Darge provides, in which the light exit surface of the lamp 1 surrounding the reflector is larger than the light entry surface of the light distribution body 2. In Fig. 6, the entire light exit surface of the Re reflector is covered with a prismatic disk 18 , the light required for path lighting laterally ne ben the light entry surface of the Lichtverteilungskör pers 2 exits. In Fig. 7 is the over the Lichtein tread surface of the light distribution body part of the light exit surface of the reflector with the side next to the light distribution body arranged prismatic strips 19 made of transparent material used, which serve as a light outlet for path lighting.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment in which the disc 20 designed as a light distribution body is provided in the region near the lamp with a prismatic widening 21 , 20 light emerging from the molded side strips 21 of the disc for path lighting.
In an embodiment not shown, the elliptical reflector with the focal point in the vicinity of the light entry surface of the light distribution body can be changed such that light is also emitted in the direction of the path, that is to the side next to the light entry surface, as shown in FIG. 3 . In the exemplary embodiments described, reference was made to a fluorescent lamp as the radiation source. Of course, other light sources or multiple fluorescent lamps can be used. One or more point-shaped incandescent lamps, one or more ends of light guides or one or more light-emitting diodes can be used as light sources. The light bundling systems described above depend on the type of lamp. For point light sources, e.g. B. low-voltage halogen incandescent lamps or light emitting diodes can do this known light, z. B. parabolic reflector tor systems or lens systems. These can be asymmetrical according to the light distribution geometry, but it is also advantageous to use several light sources with rotationally symmetrical bundling. In the case of light sources of different light colors, the use of several superimposed light sources for representing white light, e.g. B. be used with diodes. In the exemplary embodiments described, cuboid light distribution bodies were used, of course, other shapes are also conceivable.
When using a path or indirect lighting tion must be optimized accordingly be that the uniformity of the radiation area is good enough and there is still enough light for them Path lighting is available. If the requirements uniformity are not high, the We indirect lighting is easier to implement the.
The electrical parts including the lamp can one-sided or in a frame around the lamp be arranged. The latter example offers a path lighting through a simple way uncovered light outlet opening.
It is particularly interesting to have a unit of light to create distribution body and lamp (s) and the electrical or electronic accessories ge separates from e.g. B. with recessed ceiling lights in the Ceiling to arrange.
Lamp and electrical parts can also be attached to below different edges are attached.
