Description
The invention relates to a solar module with a number of Connect at least one solar cell string in series double-sided light-sensitive solar cells or a solar module with a number of at least one solar cell string parallel or single-sided photosensitive Solar cells, with one with a screen printing conductor system provided transparent carrier disc on which the solar cells are arranged, and one with a screen printing conductor system provided transparent cover plate. The invention relates also a method for producing such solar modules.
For the production of solar modules, it is common to use solar cells via strip-shaped connectors to solar cell strings in Switch series or series, the strip-shaped Ver connector with the contact coating of the solar cells to be soldered or welded. With conventional mono- or polycrystalline solar cells extend the connectors from the front contact of one cell to the rear contact the following, as for example in DE-OS 29 42 328 is described, which is a solar module as well as a process for its production. The number of solar cells per string is usually like this chosen that even with weak irradiance to Loading z. B. lead accumulators sufficient voltage is delivered. The solar cell strings are shaped according to derter solar module voltage and performance with additional solar cell strings again connected in series or in parallel.
Usually the solar cell strings are between glass discs embedded to protect them from mechanical and climati to protect against damage. The carrier disc and cover disc are suitably made of Sodium silicate glass, in particular white glass; they are e.g. More colorful Enclosing the solar cell string (s) like a Laminated safety glass pane by a composite material, e.g. B. on Foil or cast resin base, connected. This encapsulation must be possible as little reflection as possible and good transmission properties have. Furthermore, it must remove heat from the solar cells to ensure.
It can be provided for this purpose Solar cell strings, for example, according to the type of manufacture of laminated safety glass panes, using a transparent resin or corresponding composite films, embedded between two glass plates. With so trained Solar module is only on the Carrier disc provided a screen printing conductor system on the the individual solar cells are arranged while the Cover plate with the interposition of a Composite film layer at a distance from the solar cells is arranged. For the desired string interconnection of the individual solar cells are therefore essential connectors that with the surface contacts of the individual solar cells in mind appropriate contact. This procedure is relatively expensive in terms of materials and labor, since after Applying the solar cells to the screen printing conductor system nor the detailed electrical connection using the Connector etc. must be made.
Similar solar cell strings are also in DE-OS 36 19 311 described. From DE-OS 37 27 825 is known to the electrical interconnection of the solar cells To facilitate strings that after the application of the Solar cells on the one provided with an interconnect system Carrier disc the front wiring in screen printing procedure takes place, however it is necessary to use the carrier plate provided with the solar cell system is screen printed suspend process, resulting in a very high precision visibly the fixation of the solar cells on the carrier as well as a mastery of the heights extension of the "trenches" between the individual solar cells enabling complex screen printing technology are required. DE-OS 33 08 269 uses screen printing technology for Establishing the front and back surface contacts of the individual Solar cells, with the interconnection of the solar cells too Strings and modules also using separate electrical conductive connector is made, their handling large Precision and considerable work required. The DE-OS 35 20 423 finally uses a screen printed on a carrier disk pressure line systems, but also here before application a possible cover plate connecting the sensent speaking exposed contacts by means of separate electrical connectors is necessary, loudly DE-OS 35 20 423 by means of a correspondingly coated Foil.
Solar modules as described above are in JP-OS 57-172777 disclosed. The screen printing conductors are, however not, in the longitudinal direction of the respective solar cell, so long trained that the respective longitudinal region essentially would be covered. Together with their height dimensions, this leads to the fact that for the electrical connection of the solar cells complicated forms of contact are necessary.
The invention has for its object the known Develop solar module in such a way that the connection of the individual solar cells with each other significantly simplified and in particular, in a special embodiment, also for the Connection of light-sensitive solar cells on both sides better is made suitable.
This object is achieved by a solar module according to claim 1 or 2 solved. A method of making such Solar modules is the subject of claim 7.
According to the invention, a solar module with photosensitive on both sides Solar cells within a solar cell string are connected in series, proposed, the Solar cells in each case one solar cell string in the relevant one Solar cell string with alternating in succession Polarity are arranged and the screen printing conductor each in pairs on the cover and carrier disc Front or rear contacts of two neighboring ones Connect solar cells.
Furthermore, a solar module with inside a string light sensitivity connected in parallel on one or both sides Lichen solar cells proposed, which is characterized by records that the screen printing ladder on the carrier and the Cover the solar cells of the solar cell string connect continuously with each other.
According to one embodiment, it is provided that several Solar cell strings through screen printing conductor systems on the Disks are interconnected.
It is also advantageous if at least one Corner area of the module arrangement, the deck or the beams disc jumps back against the other disc and hereby provided sieve on the projecting disc pressure connection contacts are exposed.
In one embodiment, the cover plate and the carrier disc to produce a disc elements spaced apart from one another a multiple glass pane, the solar cells or the solar cell strings formed by this electrically conductive spacers with screen printing conductor systems of the cover plate and / or the carrier plate in electrical contact.
It can be provided that the spacer elements transparent, electrically insulating material, e.g. B. Silicate glass, which exist to ensure the electrical contact between the screen printing conductor systems and the contact surfaces of the solar cell strings electrically conductive coated, e.g. B. is metallized.
The invention furthermore relates to a method for manufacturing put a solar module, which is characterized in that the two discs of Module arrangement printed with the screen printing conductor system become; that thereupon the solar cells on the screen printing conductor system of Carrier disc are placed; that then the deck disc is put on; that then the screen printing ladder with the Front and back contacts of the solar cells and / or possibly the spacer elements to be soldered; that then the space between the Cover and carrier disc filled with a cast resin compound and that the casting resin mass, if present, is cured.
It can also be provided in the method according to the invention be that the screen printing conductor in the context of a pretension and / or Bending process in the facing the solar cells Surfaces of the carrier and / or cover plate are burned.
In the solar module according to the invention, it is advantageous if the pane edge over a sealing rail or the same is sealed. Are, in the embodiment of the Invention with spaced single disks, the Spacer elements are transparent and only coated electrically conductive, there is the advantage that the window transparency is not impaired, but from the outside only in the manner of conventional composite panes embedded solar cells the latter or the connection conductor tracks are visible, which may be additional be covered by appropriate printing on the panes can.
Typically in the method according to the invention proceeded that the cover and carrier washer depending on the module size to be cut. Then both Disks according to the connection with the connection conductors, including connections, if necessary also with cover range, printed. The disks are then preloaded or bent on request. The one at the busbars tinned solar cells (front and back) precisely placed on the cover plate. The carrier disc is on the one already provided with the solar cells Cover disc stored precisely and with this clamped so that the solar cells no longer slip can. Then the modules z. B. in one Infrared continuous furnace soldered. After cooling the carrier and cover disc all around with a sealing cord sealed. The space between the carrier and Cover pane and between the panes and the solar cells is possibly filled with cast resin compound, which is then in can be cured in a known manner.
Otherwise, of course, in the embodiment of the inven dung, in which an air or gas filled disc is provided within which the solar cells spaced from one of the disks are an additional spacer on the edge of the pane see the individual disks at the prescribed distance holds, as is generally known from insulating glass technology is. It is also possible to close the pane edge partial pouring of the space between the panes with pouring resin mass or the like, which is then cured watch so that the solar cells are particularly reliable inside be kept half of the space between the panes. Is too it is possible at the for itself Disc arrangements with air or gas filled discs embodiments of the invention provided in between, thus spacing elements between the solar cells and the Disks are provided in the pre-laminated see the gap between the panes entirely with casting fill in resin.

Thus, the solar cell 14 is arranged so that the positive side faces upward, toward the cover plate 10 , the solar cell 16 so that the positive side faces downward, toward the carrier plate 12 , the solar cell 18 so that the positive side faces the cover plate 10 , the solar cell 20 in turn so that the positive side faces the support plate 12 , and finally the solar cell 22 so that the positive side in turn faces the cover plate 10 . The cover plate 10 is provided with screen printing conductors 24 , 26 , 28 of a printed screen printing conductor system, the screen printing conductor 24 connecting the solar cells 14 and 16 , the screen printing conductor 26 connecting the solar cells 18 and 20 . Screen printing conductors 30 , 32 , 34 , which are printed on the carrier disk 12 , in turn connect - in the case of the screen printing conductor 32 - the lower sides of the solar cells 16 , 18 or, in the case of the screen printing conductor 34 , the solar cells 20 and 22 .
In the described embodiment according to FIG. 1, the connection of the light-sensitive solar cells 14-22 is realized in a particularly simple manner, without additional connecting pieces, etc., in that the individual solar cells 14 , 16 , 18 , 20 , 22 each have alternating polarity are consecutively arranged on the carrier disc 12 .
If solar cells, namely light-sensitive on one or both sides, are connected in parallel in a solar cell string, the screen printing conductors can be printed continuously on the cover plate 10 and on the carrier plate 12 , since then in all cases all positive solar cell sides are connected to one another, likewise all negative solar cells, of course without arrangement of light-sensitive solar cells with alternating polarity on both sides. It can also be the connections of adjacent solar cell strings, depending on the required module voltage by means of screen printing conductors, in series or in parallel, by printing on the cover or carrier plate 10 or 12 accordingly screen printing conductors. In the manner shown in Fig. 2 can be exposed in the corner area of a Modulan arrangement 52 by resetting the corner area in example of the cover plate 10 terminal contacts 54 , 56 , which are formed in the screen printing process on the support plate 12 , so that the module arrangement 52 by means of Connection contacts 54 , 56 can be connected.
The solar module according to the invention is produced in such a way that the carrier plate 12 and the cover plate 10 are first screen-printed in the desired arrangement with a corresponding screen-printed conductor system. Then the carrier plate with the printed screen printing conductors is brought up into a horizontal position, whereupon the solar cells 14-22 are placed. The cover disk 10 , which has already been printed with the screen printing conductor system, is then placed on top. Then z. B. by laser soldering connecting the screen printing conductor with the solar cells. Finally, the space between the panes 10 , 12 is filled with a casting resin, in a manner known from composite safety glass technology, whereupon the curing takes place.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the cover pane 10 and the carrier pane 12 form the individual panes of an insulating glass pane, in the air-filled pane of which the solar cell strings are accommodated. The disks 10 , 12 are kept at the prescribed distance by spacers 58 , 60 . Between the solar cell strings and the screen printing conductor systems of the cover plate 10 and the carrier plate 12 are electrically conductive spacer elements 62 in a bracket or U-shape, so that the solar cell strings are not directly but via the spacer elements 62 are soldered to the screen pressure conductor systems.
