Abstract

A system for fixing the enclosing plates (e.g. 15) of a switching cubicle to supporting framework (10) employs pierced holes (13) in flanges (11, 12) which accept the shaped anchor blocks (20). The blocks contain a socket head screw and slots (26, 27) which receive a suspension stirrup. The latter is pierced to give access for a hexagon key and terminates in hooks which engage with an angled strip fixed to the plate. On tightening a screw (28) the block is securely held in a hole (13) and the strip/plate is pulled firmly onto a sealing gasket between the frame (10) and plate (15). USE/ADVANTAGE - Permits cubicle to be assembled in simple way with all fixings concealed from outside. Fixing system is independent of sealing or anti-vibration packings. Mfg. tolerances are not critical, unlike most multi-screw fastening systems.

In der Fig. 1 ist ein Teil des Rahmengestelles 10 eines Schaltschrankes mit horizontalen Rahmenschenkeln 11 und vertikalen Rahmenschenkeln 12 gezeigt und zwar im Bereich des Bodens. Die Rahmenschenkel 11 und 12 sind an beiden, zum Schrankinneren gerichteten Kantenseiten mit aufeinander abgestimmten Reihen von Durchbrüchen 13 versehen, die vorzugsweise quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisen. Im Bereich des zwischen den vertikalen Rahmenschenkeln 12 angeordneten horizontalen Rahmenschenkels 11 ist die Befestigungsleiste 14 angebracht, die ebenfalls mit einer Reihe von Durchbrüchen 13 versehen ist. Auf diese Befestigungsleiste 14 werden Bodenplatten 15 aufgelegt, die an den anderen Seiten mit Rändern versteift sein können. Um die Bodenplatten 15 festzulegen, werden Befestigungselemente 20 verwendet, die einen quaderförmigen Block 21 mit einer Gewindebohrung 25 aufweisen. Diese Aufnahmen 26 und 27 können auch nach außen hin offen sein und als nutförmige Aussparungen ausgebildet sein.
