Description

Bei Strumpf-Rundstrickmaschinen mit umlaufendem Schloßmantel und Einrichtung zur Herstellung der Doppelsohle und Hochferse wird der Grundfaden und der für ä Doppelsohle und Ferse gemeinsame Verstärkungsfaden durch je eine Fadenwippe hindurchgeführt. Wird nun halboffen (Ferse oder Spitze) gearbeitet, so werden die zu lang abgezogenen zwei Fadenstücke zurückgeholt, indem die Federn der Fadenwippen diese Wippen und damit die zwei Fadenstücke zwischen Nadel und Fadenklemmen nach oben ziehen, zugleich auch die beiden unter Federdruck stehenden zugehörigen Fadenklemmen schließen und dadurch den weiteren Zulauf der beiden Fäden hemmen. Beim Weiterarbeiten verarbeiten die strikkenden Nadeln zunächst diese zurückgeholten zwei Fadenstücke, wobei die Wippen wieder nach unten gezogen werden. Auch beim Rundarbeiten (das Arbeiten des Längens mit der Hochferse sowie der Doppelsohle) setzt sich das Spiel dei Wippen fort, so daß die zwei Fäden dauernd mit ungleicher Klemmung den Nadeln zu- ] laufen.
