Abstract

Diese Einspeisehemmungen werden auf verschiedene Weise bekämpft. So sind z. B. elektromagnetisch oder pneumatisch angetriebene Vibratoren bekannt, die die gesamte Einfüllöffnung in Schwingung versetzen. Vielfach angwandt werden auch Hilfsschnecken, die senkrecht zu den Schnecken der Schneckenmaschine angeordnet sind und das Gut von oben sanft in diese eindrücken. Diese Hilfsschnecken sind meist konisch ausgebildet und rotieren in dem Aufgabebehälter, der eine Beschickungsöffnung besitzt. Weiterhin werden bevorzugt wegen der einfachen Bauweise Einspeiseräder benutzt, bei denen die Bügel eng an der Wand des Aufgabebehälters herstreichen und welche bei jeder Umdrehung eine dosierte Menge in die Fördergänge der Schnecke einstreichen soll. Die Praxis hat nun gezeigt, daß immer wieder Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Beschickung der Schnecke auftreten. Mit 1 ist ein trogförmiger Aufgabebehälter bezeichnet, welcher stirnseitig durch zwei Platten 2 geschlossen ist. Dieser Aufgabebehälter 1 weist eine Beschickungsöffnung 3 auf. In den beiden Stirnplatten 2 des Behälters 1 ist eine Achse 4 gelagert, die aus einer der beiden Stirnplatten 2 nach außen hervorragt. Auf dieses nach außen hervorragende Ende 5 ist ein Hebel 6 fest aufgesetzt, der über eine Kurbelstange 7 mit dem Kurbelzapfen 8 eines Reversierantriebes 9 verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Achse 4 oszilierend angetrieben werden. Mit der Achse 4 sind mehrere Flügel 10 fest verbunden, wobei die die Flügel 10 als U-förmig gebogene Rahmenausgebildet sind. (Fig. 1) Die Flügel 10 bilden zusammen mit der Achse 4 das eigentliche Einspeiserad 11. Durch dieses Einspeiserad wird das über die Beschickungsöffnung 3 in den Aufgabebehälter 1 eingebrachte Fördergut in die Schneckengänge 12 der Schnecke 13 eingestrichen. Da die Achse 4 parallel zur Schnecke 3 verläuft wird aufgrund der wechselnden Drehrichtung des Einspeiserades 11 die Schnecke 13 von beiden Seiten bestrichen, so daß die Schneckengänge 12 stets gleichmäßig gefüllt werden und gleichzeitig eine Brückenbildung zerstört wird. Die Schnecke 13 ist, wie die Fig. 1 zeigt, über einen Motor 14 angetrieben, dessen Drehzahl bedarfsweise verändert werden kann. In bekannter Weise besteht dabei die Schnecke 13 aus einem wendelförmig gebogenen Draht. Das in Pfeilrichtung A aufgrund unserer Erfindung nun stets in gleicher Menge pro Zeiteinheit bei konstanter Schneckendrehzahl austretende Material gelangt dann zu einer Fülleinrichtung. 1 with a trough-shaped feed container is designated, which is closed at the end by two plates 2 .
