Teigwirkmaschine.
Dough molding machine. The invention relates to a dough molding machine of those
Type in which the dough piece at the edge of two. moving against each other>,
freely revolving active surfaces that are open at the top.
Compared to known machines of this type, the present shows the
Advantage that the dough pieces easily when reducing the number of revolutions of the base
can be stored, and that the machine can run at a higher speed
than the known machines, which have a flat base for the dough pieces.
These advantages are achieved by the fact that the annular surface is set in rotation
is funnel-like and under a fixed or slower or opposite
rotating edge is moved pasti. The fact that the dough balls on the abutting edge
of the fixed edge and the funnel-shaped surface below,
which is a crooked one. Forms level on which the dough balls only through
the centrifugal force at the upper edge of the joint is avoided on the one hand,
that at high speeds the dough balls are thrown away, and on the other hand
.Achieved that at a reduced speed, the dough balls down by themselves
Roll into a discharge funnel below. This waste funnel is fixed
arranged below the funnel-like annular surface, so da.ß the latter between the
the upper fixed edge and the fixed discharge funnel. The drawing shows
e "Ine, for example, the machine in Fig. i in a vertical section
and in Fig. 2 in a plan.
Ringes a von .diesem herabrollen.
The machine consists of a ring a rotatable about a vertical axis, which is funnel-shaped and whose bearing c ends in an opening as an extension of the funnel shape. A conveyor belt for removing the dough pieces can be arranged under this opening. This camp c thus forms a fixed discharge funnel for the dough balls when they are funnel-like as a result of reduced number of revolutions. Roll a ring down from this. The drive of the rotatable. Ring a is carried out by a helical gear e, which engages in a wheel rim d located on the plate. The outer edge of the ring a is joined by an inwardly non-bent, fixed edge of a ring b that is fixed according to your example, the outer edge of which is bent upwards.
In Fig. I the position of the dough can be seen on the edge of the joint. ' A piece of dough placed on the ring surface a is taken along in a circular motion. and through. the centrifugal force driven outwards so that it rests partly on the inner curved lower edge of the ring b and partly on the inclined ring a . Since the ring b stands still or rotates at a different speed than the tricter-like ring a, the piece of dough must remain on the revolving ring. It therefore grinds and rolls on the abutting edge of the two parts a, b. This is how the dough piece works. The result is that the particles in direct contact with the revolving ring a experience a higher pressure due to the grinding as a result of the high speed of rotation than the other particles that are pressed against the ring b. So they push themselves towards the edge of the ring and thereby produce a rotation of the piece of dough around itself. This rotation in connection with the rolling movement into the ring results in a rolling and grinding of the piece of dough around an axis against which the mass particles of the piece are constantly theirs Change position. Since the dough piece is completely exposed and its compression depends only on the speed of rotation and its own weight, excessive compression and tearing can never occur. To remove the piece of dough from the machine, it is sufficient to reduce the speed of rotation by disengaging a clutch connected to the drive or by engaging a blanket to reduce the speed of rotation.
