Abstract

In heating thermoplastic by microwaves, microwave activation is brought about by conductive material (I) comprising nonwoven fabric, cloth or threads with high electrical resistance. Dies hat zur Folge, daß beispielswei­ se eine Teilfläche des Boden- oder Dachbelages aus­ reichend aktiviert und damit verklebt bzw. ver­ schweißt wurde, eine andere Teilfläche innerhalb desselben Strahlungsgebietes jedoch nicht oder zu­ wenig erwärmt wurde und damit keine mängelfreie Verlegung möglich ist.1.
