Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a multilayer correction material with a siliconised carrier, in particular in tape form, and of it, intended for correction purposes Covering layer and one arranged on the cover layer Adhesive layer, in which the adhesion between the cover layer and Adhesive layer stronger than the carrier. Furthermore, the Invention nor the production of such a correction material and the use of the same.
To cover erroneous written representations, eg. B. in Typewriter texts, so far one has to a large extent white pigmented systems containing organic matter Solvent applied to the areas to be improved. However, the evaporation of these solvents brings one some burden on the environment; in addition, because of the volatility of the solvents in the im Reservoir still existing covering the viscosity increases, with the result that the course is not so cheap is and from time to time solvent in the reservoir must be given. In addition, you already have erroneous representations by gluing a Correction material covered; this material is to be such, in which to a suitable carrier a Cover layer and then applied to this an adhesive layer is. In application, the adhesive layer is on the faulty appearance on and the cover layer shows through Deduction of the carrier to the outside. Such a material is z. B. from DE 37 41 022 C2, according to which the on Solvent based covering mass for later Improvement of the demolition nor cellulose derivatives, such as methyl or ethylcellulose.
In contrast, it has now been found that even without the use of organic solvents and the concomitant use of Tear-promoting cellulose derivatives to a multilayered Correction material can get through, by the particular Structure of the cover layer forming coating agent and the Coordination with the responsible for the liability Overcoat coating. Since in both cases only water exists as a distribution medium, is also in the Making the correction material does not pose the risk of Freeing up solvents and polluting the environment.
In the case of the covering layer, it is important that in the For example, the fluorochemical surfactant used is a fluorinated surfactant of the type of potassium fluoroalkyl carboxylates and a dispersion of Polyethylene wax is present. In the adhesive layer is also a Polyethylene wax present; it gets along with a anionic acrylic dispersion in the associated application agent brought in.
As carriers for the claimed correction materials come both sides siliconized papers or plastics, such as Polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. in question.
Insofar as the correction material contains incorrect representations, z. B. in the office area, contains the cover layer preferably suitable white pigments, in particular titanium dioxide. Be in the relevant for the covering layer coating composition also amines, emulsifiers, matting agents, fillers, a polyacrylate and possibly even defoamer and Preservatives used. As a fluorinated surfactant, the for a successful application of the aqueous coating composition on the carrier is essential, z. B. The commercial products are used with the terms "Fluorad FC 129, FC 430, FC 807 and FC 808" (from the Fa. 3M-Chemie), "Fluorosurfactant FT 448, FT 488, FT 718, FT 719 and FT 929 "(from Bayer AG) and" Schwego Fluor 8035 and 8036 "(from the company Schwegmann) .The emulsifier is preferably a wetting lecithin derivative based on natural Phosphoamino compounds used with 100% active substance. When Polyacrylate comes an aqueous dispersion of a carboxyl-containing acrylic acid ester copolymers into consideration. As a defoamer is a silicone-free or silicone-containing Defoamer suitable; suitable products are z. Dapro 880 (from the company Krahn Chemie). Tego Foamex 7447 (from the company Tego Chemistry) or Baysilone AC 3138/3189 (from Bayer AG). As a preservative in particular a biocide used, based on synergistic combination of cyclic halogenated compound is based, so free from Heavy metals / phenols as well as formaldehyde is and approval from FDA as well as BGA. To vote on "paper white" you can add a carbon black pigment.
For those also in the form of an aqueous distribution present overcoat mass is the presence of a Polyethylenwachsdisperison essential for the achievement of desired liability. In addition, the mass contains one more smaller amount of anionic acrylic polymer dispersion (Particle size less than 1 micron). Emulsifier, defoamer and Biocide correspond to those for the cover layer.
The application of covering compound and overcoat is expedient by means of a squeegee, wherein after each job the layer is dried, for. B. by passing through a Drying tunnel.
The course of applied agents on the carrier is very good, the adhesion also meets all requirements.
Die Abdeckmasse wies folgende gewichtsprozentuale Zusammensetzung auf:On a paper siliconized on both sides by means of a Rakels (distance 80 microns) a white covering compound with water as Spreading medium applied.
