Braking device for Baggerlöffelklappena In the known braking devices
for excavator bucket flaps, where the flap by its own weight or by
the weight of the goods resting on it is opened, a band brake comes in.
Application, whose weight lever is guided by a ventilation rope leading to the driver's cab
should be raised .. Here the inconvenience makes itself felt that the operator
Man is often unable to open the excavator bucket with the desired one
Exercise caution. It is very easy for the man to lift the brakes further
than is desired, and thus the flap faster and to a greater amount of money
opens than was intended, which was particularly due to it,
that the rope itself has a relatively great flexibility.
gelangt. In order to eliminate the drawbacks discussed above, according to the invention
the ventilation cable of the band brake of the Baggerlöielklappe between the ends of a free one
Hebeas attached, which is hinged on the one hand to the free end of the loaded lever
and on the other hand is hinged to the spoon flap by a rod.
This device ensures that when the ventilation rope is initially tightened
first the loaded lever to a corresponding; @chendes amount increased and thereby
the brake is released a little. As a result, the spoon flap opens,
which for their part acts on the levitation lever in such a way that it revolves around the point of application
of the ventilation rope is able to rotate and - the connection point between the two
Lever returns to its previous position, so that the weight lever is again; self
is left and the brake is applied. The spoon flap can only turn around
open a small amount, according to the tension exerted on the rope, and a.
further opening takes place only if. only on the ventilation rope. drawn.
will. The game repeats itself until the spoon flap is completely in the open position

bekannte Gewichtshebel g an.
The braking device a, b is connected to the flap in a known manner by a gear wheel c and a toothed disk part f attached to the spoon flap d, and the known weight lever g is connected to the brake band. The ventilation rope. h does not, however, directly affect the. Gewd * lever g, but to a free-floating lever j, namely at a point between its ends. One end of this free lever i is rotatably connected to the weight lever g and the other end to a rod k which connects the free lever i to the spoon flap d. The weight lever lets you through. one. Pin m rotatably mounted on the boom n, so that by pulling the ventilation rope ih @ the weight lever initially, as shown in Fig. 2, is brought to swing and the brake a. , b is vented. The rocker d can thus open by a corresponding amount, but as a result of which the rod k immediately moves the levitation lever 4 into the position shown in Fig can move and the lever i: rotates around the point of application of the ventilation rope h. The brake is applied again and the spoon flap is held in the position it has now assumed. If the spoon flap is to be opened again, the rope h "has to be pulled again, and this pecking continues until the flap is fully opened. The man operating the brake is thus completely in a position to pull it less or more If the rope is pulled only slowly, the flap opens only slowly, and if the rope is pulled quickly and continuously, the flap opens correspondingly quickly the weight of the lever can also be loaded by a spring.
