Abstract

Werkstückzu-/abführung geeignet für einen der Ansprüche der Patentanmeldung 40 12 290, das heißt für einen CNC-Mehrspindeldrehautomaten mit auf einem Teilkreis (14) angeordneten waagrechten, ortsfesten Werkstückspindeln (9) mit hierzu ausgerichteten CNC-Kreuzschlitten (10, 12) mit Werkzeughalter und Werkzeug (8), vorzugsweise für Außenbearbeitung, und auf gleicher Teilkreisachse rundschaltbar und parallel zu den Spindelachsen linear verschiebbar ein Werkzeugtrommelrevolver (4), wobei die vorzugsweise für Innenbearbeitung vorgesehenen Werkzeuge (6) auf gleich großem Teilkreis mit auf die Werkstückspindeln (9) abgestimmter Teilung sitzen, so daß beim Rundtakten des Werkzeugtrommelrevolvers (4) jede Werkzeugstation (2) bzw. jedes Werkzeug (6) nacheinander alle Werkstückspindeln (9) erreichen kann, und diese Werkzeuge (6) in mehreren oder allen Werkstückspindeln (9) gleichzeitig in Eingriff gebracht werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugtrommelrevolver (4) anstelle mindestens einer Werkzeugstation (2) eine der Werkstückgröße oder Werkstückspannfuttergröße entsprechende Aussparung (16) hat, so daß durch eine geeignete Vorrichtung (17) in vorzugsweise koaxialer Richtung ein vorzugsweise Werkstückwechsel erfolgen kann (Fig. 1, 2). 1.
