Spinnschleuder. In dein Patent 400931 ist eine Doppelspinnschleuder
angegeben, welche aus zwei ineinander eingebauten Schleudern besteht.Spin spin. In your patent 400931 is a twin spinning extractor
indicated, which consists of two extractors built into one another.
The subject of the present invention is a further training
this device insofar as the outer drum is designed in two parts and
(The inner drum can be set high and low to allow the inner spinning pot to work
once on the lower and once on the upper part of the outer drum.
In the drawing the device is shown in section.
Die Maschine besteht aus einem Gehäuse 1,
in welchem
The machine consists of a housing 1 in which a worm wheel: 2 is installed, which drives a worm 3 mounted in ball bearings 4. The screw, which is hollow, has a spindle 5 inside, which is clamped at 6 and is elastically supported at 7. The spindle 5 can thus spring somewhat around the point 6 as an entrapment point, so that the pot 8 can adjust itself automatically at the critical speed. An outer spindle 9 is arranged around the inner spindle 5, which drives the pot 8. This spindle 9, on which the pot is attached, is set up and displaceable. can be adjusted by a lever io. with the aid of spindle ii with handwheel 12. The outer centrifuge consists of two parts 13 and 14. With the help of the handwheel 12, the pot 8 can thus be set high and low, that is, the pot can be placed inside the upper part 13 of the outer centrifuge and another time inside the lower part 14. of the outer centrifugal blower are running. Both external centrifuges 13 and 14 are driven by a standing shaft 15 which has a screw 16 mounted in ball bearings. The transmission from the spindle 15 to the centrifuge 13 and 14 takes place by means of a ring gear 17 and by means of spur gears 18. The spur gears 18 have a clutch i9 inside, which alternately drives the upper and lower outer spinners. The process is as follows: The pale to be spun is poured into the pot 8 through the pipe 2o and the canister 2i. The pot 8, which makes about 5,000 revolutions, is equipped with nozzles 22 arranged on the circumference. The mass is pressed through these nozzles by means of a certain pressure, which is increased by the centrifugal force. The thrown-off threads gelatlgen to the outer spinner, which runs with a little lag opposite the inner spinner, and are wound up here. If the one outer centrifuge, for example the lower 14, is fully spun with threads up to a certain degree, then the centrifugal pot 8 is pushed into the upper outer drum 13 by means of the handwheel 12 and the lever io. However, this shift simultaneously pushes the clutch i9 out of the drive for the lower drum into the drive for the upper drum, thereby driving the upper drum and stopping the lower drum. The shifting of the clutch is mediated by the lever 23. The inner spinner 8, which is now located in the upper outer spinner 13, now spins it full, while the spinning cake is cut into pieces in the stationary lower drum 14 and the staple fibers are removed. This process is repeated alternately. So it is always once the drum 14 and once the drum 13 stopped while the inner centrifugal 8 remains in operation and only needs to be pushed up or down. The vapors which are formed during the centrifuging are sucked off through the connection 24. The threads of the lower spinner are removed at 25, while the cakes of the upper spinner can be removed from the outer spinner through an opening 26 which is provided with a flap.
