Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container a coat wrapped in kraftliner and rectangular floor plan, with a bottom rectangular floor element inserted and with folded jacket parts is glued, and a Process for its production.
Containers of the type mentioned are in themselves known. As far as known, the coat is usually wound in a cylindrical cylinder and then by spreading deformed to adopt a rectangular profile. Known Containers of this type have one in the bottom area correct rectangular shape, which is indicated by the inserted and ground attached to the mantle is set however, tend to write out in their upper area of their side surfaces, as far as these are not already from is accepted in advance. On the one hand, this is therefore undesirable because of the real benefit rectangular container, transported in a tight package and being able to be stored, partially lost becomes. In addition, with a lid that fits precisely Resealing difficult.
So the task arises, one To design containers of the type mentioned at the beginning that the disadvantages mentioned are eliminated, so that the Container also in its upper area the desired one Rectangular shape.
The solution to this problem arises from the patent claims. The circumferential, straight Sections existing shoulder causes a Stiffening of the upper area against bending of the Side surfaces in the circumferential direction, since the shoulder is one stiffening edge forms. The vertical between the Shoulder and the edge of the container line-like inflections prevent ent speaking deformation in the direction of the generatrix.
Vertical, line-like are preferred Bends arranged on both sides of each container corner, so that with this a defined pouring channel form and reinforce the corners against Damage from side impacts when the lid is removed.
Darin zeigen:Below is now a Embodiment of the invention based on the enclosed drawings described in more detail. In this demonstrate:

Fig. 8 is a schematic representation of a container according to the prior art.
Rectangular containers according to the state of the art wound from kraftliner tend to bulge the side surfaces in their upper region, so that a correct rectangular shape is difficult to maintain. In Fig. 8 a plan view of such a container 1 'is shown schematically according to the prior art. The correct rectangle shape is indicated by dashed lines. This deformation can result on the one hand from a certain tendency of the wound jacket to reset and on the other hand also through the filling, in particular when the cover is removed. As you can see immediately, this makes it difficult to reclose the container. To remedy this problem, such containers have also been deliberately designed in this plan form, including the bottom and the lid. However, this in turn involves a loss of space when packing the containers tightly.
In Fig. 1, a container formed according to the invention 1 is shown. It has a jacket 2 and a rectangular bottom 3 inserted therein. The jacket is wrapped from kraft liner paper with the application of an adhesive, as will be explained in more detail. In its upper region, the jacket is deformed in such a way that the upper circumference 4 of the container 1 is offset inward by an amount compared to the remaining jacket 2 . A circumferential shoulder or edge 5 is formed in the transition. Each section of this essentially straight shoulder or edge 5 brings about a stiffening on the relevant side surface against the aforementioned bending in the circumferential direction. At the same time, it forms a connection for a lid 6 , which has the same layout as the container jacket 2 . The surface of the shoulder 5 is preferably designed to drop slightly towards the outside, as can be seen in FIG. 4. This prevents excessive compression of the material and at the same time prevents residues or dust from accumulating on the shoulder.
The upper casing area 4 is also provided with line-like bends 7 running vertically between the shoulder 5 and the container edge. These stiffen the upper jacket area against deformation in the direction of the jacket line. These bends 7 partially run into the surface of the shoulder 5 in order to prevent excessive local material compression.
Fig. 2). The bends in the corner area are arranged so that they form a pouring channel 9 together with the container corner 8 (cf. FIG. 2). This allows the contents of the container to be poured out precisely by tipping the container over the corner. In addition, as can also be seen in FIG. 2, the corner area is given a U-profile shape, which brings about increased stability against the corners hitting sideways. The line-like bends 7 preferably have an arc shape. However, there are also other profile shapes, such as. B. a trapezoidal profile ( Fig. 3) can be used.
Referring to Figs. 5 to 7 will now be made to the manufacture of the container 1. The jacket 2 is first wound from kraft liner paper 10 , one side of which, for. B. is provided with a roller 11 with adhesive ( Fig. 5). The winding core 12 is rectangular, so that the paper layers lie on top of one another in their definitive position.
After winding, the winding is cut into a jacket part 2 and a cover part 6 ( FIG. 6). A base 3 , 14 is then placed in each of these parts and glued to the jacket in a press with bent tabs. The upper casing region 4 is then also deformed in the manner described by means of press molding.
The described container with one Kraft liner wrapped coat and rectangular The floor plan is densely stackable due to its shape and thus results in a lower transport volume than e.g. B. round containers. In contrast to rounds Containers have no stabilizing metal tires on and is easy to dispose of. Nevertheless, he keeps thanks the dimensional stability of the measures described under difficult climatic conditions such as high Humidity and temperature by the shaping deformation of the upper jacket area largely prevented.
