Diese sind so ausgelegt, daß sie bei einem dem Vulkani sationspreßdruck entsprechenden, an den Pressentraversen 3 angreifen den Biegemoment eine vorgegebene Abstützfläche 7 für die zugeordneten Pressenplatten 2 bilden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Auslegung so getroffen, daß diese Abstützflächen 7 eben verlaufen. Die zugeordneten Pressenplatten 2 sind hydraulikzylinderfrei und hydraulikkissenfrei an den Pressentraversen 3 abgestützt. Die Spanneinrichtung 5 ist so ausgelegt, daß der gespannte Zustand dem der Fig. 2 entspricht. Sie ist mit anderen Worten so ausgelegt, daß sie bei Betätigung über die Zugbolzen 4 das dem Vulkanisationspreßdruck entsprechende Biege moment in den Pressentraversen 3 erzeugt. Aus der Fig. 3 entnimmt man, daß die Biegelinienkompensatoren 6 eine Breite aufweisen, die der Breite der Pressentraversen 3 entspricht. Sind die Pressentraversen 3 dicht an dicht angeordnet, wie es in der Fig. 1 dargestellt wurde, so liegen auch die Biegelinienkompensatoren 6 dicht an dicht, so daß Spalte zwischen den Biegelinienkompensatoren 6 die homogene Verteilung des Vulkanisationspreßdruckes nicht beeinträchtigen. Nur angedeutet wurde, daß die Pressenplatten 2 unter Zwischenschaltung eines elasti schen Polsters 8 aus Gummi oder Kunststoff an die Biegelinienkompensa toren 6 angeschlossen sind. Im übrigen erkennt man einen Schwin gungserzeuger 9, so daß die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung auch mit sogenannter Vibrationsvulkanisation arbeiten kann. Die Spanneinrich tungen 5 und die Schwingungserzeuger 9 könnten in den Kastentragwer ken untergebracht werden, aus denen die Pressentraversen 3 aufgebaut sind. - Sind zu reparierende oder endlos zu machende Fördergurte 1 schmaler, als es der beschriebenen Auslegung für normierte Förder gurte entspricht, so kann nichtsdestoweniger mit der erfindungsgemä ßen Vorrichtung bei sehr homogener Verteilung des Vulkanisationspreß druckes gearbeitet werden, wenn diese Fördergurte bei der Vulkanisa tionsarbeit durch beigelegte Fördergurtteile oder sonstige Bauteile auf die Breite der normierten Fördergurte gleichsam verbreitert werden.In the exemplary embodiment and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the top-side press cross members 3 and the underside press cross-members 3 on the press plate side have metallic bending line compensators 6 .
