Die Erfindung zur Lö sung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich für eine Hantel nach dem Gat tungsbegriff dadurch aus, daß der Handgriff aus zwei miteinander verschraubbaren Teilen mit angeformten, die Hantelkörper teil weise umfassenden Griffschalen besteht, wobei die Trennebene in einer Verbindungsebene der Hantelkörper liegt und zur Auf nahme von Vorrichtungen zur Vermittlung von Trainingsanweisungen während der übungen ausgebildet ist.
