Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cordless telephone according to the preamble of Claim 1.
State of the art A cordless telephone is known (DE-OS 37 10 001), in which one Base station and an associated mobile station each a microprocessor have circuit. The mobile station also contains one exchangeable accumulator and a voltage monitoring circuit that when falling below a predetermined minimum battery voltage above the microprocessor circuit of the mobile stations triggers a warning tone. This makes the user of the mobile station aware that the exhausted battery against a charged or recharged one Reserve accumulator must be replaced. By changing the However, the accumulator collapses the transmission energy of the mobile station. This breakdown is caused by a field strength evaluator at the base station firmly, which ensures that the remote speech connection to the subscriber is not interrupted. To a predetermined time separates the microprocessor circuit of the mobile station the radio connection between the base station and the Mobilsta tion, and after the battery is replaced, a new one Radio connection to the mobile station on a free radio channel poses. A disadvantage of the known cordless telephone is that that the user to get out a strong noise in the radio channel Menem accumulator to prevent one from being removed from the mobile Press the provided mute button. In addition, must he when the battery replacement is finished and his mobil station is called again by the base station, through the call Press another key.
The invention is based on the object of a cordless telephone to improve the preamble of claim 1 such that the user the mobile station ent with little technical effort from handling is loaded when a Ge interrupted by a battery change talk should be continued.
This task is performed on a cordless telephone according to the generic term of claim 1 by the in the characterizing part of this claim specified features solved. The advantages achievable with the invention consist in particular that the user of the cordless phone can continue a conversation after changing the accumulator without to have to make any manipulations on the mobile station.
Advantageous further developments and improvements are in the subclaims stations of the subject matter of claim 1 included.

In Figs. 1 and 2, 10 designates a mobile station of a cordless telephone. The mobile station contains, among other things, a printed circuit board 11 which carries three contact springs 12 , 13 and 14 . A first and a second contact spring 12 , 13 lie just like the conductor tracks 15 , 16 connected to them on a longitudinal line of symmetry and have a distance a from one another. The third contact spring 14 lies parallel to the contact spring 12 at a certain distance. The contact spring 14 is connected to at least one conductor track 17 of the circuit board 11 .
The contact springs 12 , 13 , 14 are of the same design and are preferably hook-shaped. They are with their highest elevation above the circuit board 11 resiliently on contact strips 18 , 19 which are arranged on the underside 20 of a preferably cuboidal battery 22 . The battery 22 is interchangeably arranged in the mobile station 10 by moving in the direction of arrow A. The contact strip 18 (indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2) connects the contact springs 12 and 13 when the accumulator is fully inserted into the mobile station. The contact strip 19 establishes a conductive connection to the contact spring 14 of the printed circuit board 11 . The contact strips 18 , 19 and the contact springs 12 , 13 , 14 form a switching device 25 , which can be found in the block diagram according to FIG. 3.
Fig. 2 und 3. If, for example, the contact strip 18 of the accumulator 22 has the minus potential and the contact strip 19 has the plus potential, these potentials reach the conductor tracks 15 , 16 , 17 via the contact springs 12 , 13 , 14 when the accumulator 22 is fully inserted into the mobile station 10 ; see. Figs. 2 and 3. The conductor track 17 is connected to the positive input and the conductor 15 to the negative input of a Stromver sorgungsschaltung 26 is connected, via a first line 27 to a power supply terminal 28 of a microcomputer 30 and via a second line 31 having a power supply terminal 32 of a transmitting and receiving part 33 of the mobile station 10 is connected. The conductor track 16 establishes a connection between the contact spring 13 and an input 34 of the microcomputer 30 . A resistor 35 connects the conductor track 16 to the first line 27 . The transmitting and receiving part 33 has a transmitting / receiving antenna 36 .
According to FIG. 4, a base station 40 comprises a transmitting and receiving part 41 with a transmitting-receiving antenna 42 and a microcomputer 43 , the output 44 of which forms the LF output of the base station 40 to be connected to a telecommunication socket 45 . The telecommunication socket 45 is connected to a telephone exchange 46 of a telephone network, to which for example a telephone subscriber 47 belongs.
The mode of operation of mobile station 10 and base station 40 when the battery 22 of the mobile station is changed is as follows.
If the user of the mobile station 10 of the cordless telephone receives a signal during a conversation with a telephone subscriber, for example 47, in a manner known to the person skilled in the art which prompts him to replace the accumulator 22 , he informs his interlocutor about the impending change of the accumulator. He then begins to pull the battery 22 out of the mobile station 10 in the direction of arrow A. When the contact strips 18 and 19 of the mobile station 10 reach the position shown in FIG. 3 when the battery is pulled out, the contact strip 18 has left the contact spring 13 . Is on the contact strips 18, for example, the negative potential of the battery 22 , the previously this potential to the input 34 of the microcomputer 30 forwarding contact spring 13 is now at a potential zero. The potential jump caused by this is communicated to the input 34 of the microcomputer 30 , which provides information about the impending change of the accumulator to the input 31 and causes the transmitter of the transmitting and receiving part 33 to transmit this information on the radio channel which is still switched on. Receives the base station 40 with its receiver of its transmitting and receiving part 41 , it mutes the LF path for a certain time, so that the noise occurring when the battery 22 is completely removed from the mobile station 10 does not enter the telephone network and thus to the telephone subscriber, for example 47. The specified time corresponds to the time that is normally required to replace a battery. At the same time, the microcomputer 30 triggers switching information and causes the transmitter of the transmitting and receiving part 41 to transmit the switching information on the same radio channel.
The switching information is also sent out as long as usual as a battery change takes. If the accumulator is against you charged battery exchanged, so the switching information causes tion again through the radio channel, so that the conversation with the Telephone subscribers, for example 47, can continue.
The position of the contact strips 18 and 19 and the contact springs 12 , 13 and 14 and the distance a between the contact springs 12 , 13 are selected such that even if the battery 22 is pulled out of the mobile station 10 very quickly, a potential jump (interrupt pulse) occurs, which the microcomputer 30 can recognize properly.
