Description
Sturmklammer. Storm clip. , The invention relates to a storm clip made of sheet metal or wire with bar and retaining tabs to hold plain tiles together. The new thing is that the web carrying the retaining tabs is below the upper one Brick is bent sideways around the nose of the lower brick and into one of the Head of the latter encompassing fork-like part expires. An advantage over -the known storm clips with retaining tabs is that the clip after the invention is independent of Iden roof battens and on roofs with a direct cladding installed under the roof battens can be used. -The object the invention is shown in the drawing, namely show: Fig. z a beaver tail roofing in the plan view with inserted .storm clips, Fig. a a lower brick with clip attached to it .. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the storm clip and fig.q. a wire storm clip. The - storm clip f clasps each three bricks, namely the lower brick b with the bricks e2 and overlying the bar e3. In addition to the nose c of the brick, the clip embraces the brick like a finger. The. Continuation of the bracket leads - upwards between the bars above, in Fig. r drawn tile e2, e $ through it, spreads above it to the right. and on the left with the parts o and za and thus also holds these two upper bricks fixed.
The storm clip f consists of the lower part g, h, i. The rear wall h connecting the two flaps g and i depends on the thickness of the brick b. The section k indicates that the piece i is cut out from a single sheet metal. In the extension of the piece 1 i schließt- in which, n with m, o the other part of the bracket hildef: - "3i wall comes in between the two upper brick e2 and e $ to lie n 'ümgefiögenen cloth. and o form the extension of na. The pieces n, in, l, for example, enclose the tile e2, while e $ is enclosed by the I: appen o.
Fig.q. Figure 3 shows an embodiment of the clip made from a piece of wire. The mode of action and the clasping is the same in this embodiment like with the sheet metal clamp.
A straight piece of wire r is bent up to a right angle at p, and again bent to a right angle at q, in such a way that the piece of wire t is guided parallel to the piece r and lies in an imaginary plane through the angle pieces r and s. At u the wire is bent by 180 °, led back parallel with t to q and bent again by a right angle. The pieces of wire t, v, w lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane formed by the pieces r, s, t . The piece of wire then continues with the piece x, which is perpendicular to a plane formed by t, v, w , in order to bend into a right angle at y, at z again -um 180 ° next to the piece of wire formed by the points y and z go back and end at e. The wire pieces r and 2 formed by the points y and z or z and z1 lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane formed by the wire pieces r, s, t; furthermore, wire pieces i and 2 lie parallel to w.
The covering by the bricks is, as indicated in Fig. I, a such that the storm clip is completely invisible to the weather is not exposed.
