Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schirmkronen und besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß zur Herstellung dünnes Blech verwendet und die für den Kronenteil erforderliche Stärke des Materials durch Stauchen des Preßlings in einer Zwischenstufe der Erzeugung gewonnen wird. Weiter besteht die Erfindung auch noch darin, daß die Schlitze für die Aufnahme der Schinnschienen im Kronenteil mittels eines geschützten Ringstempels ausgestanzt werden können. Um diese Herstellungsart zu erleichtern, ist der Innendurchmesser des Kronenteiles vorteilhaft wenig größer als der Außendurchmesser der gezogenen Kronenhülse.
