Lösbare Verbindung zwischen Sägeblatt und Angelbett. Gegenstand der
Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung der lösbaren Verbindung zwischen Sägeblatt
und Angelbett mittels Durchsteck bolzen nach ,Patent 358o59. Die Erfindung bezweckt,
das beim genannten Patent unvermeidliche große Spiel des Durchsteckbolzens in den
Löchern vom Sägeblatt und Angelbett und die dadurch bedingte gegenseitige Verschiebbarkeit
der Säge und des Angelbetts zu beseitigen. Zu diesem Zwecke wird gemäß der Zusatzerfindung
der Durchsteckbolzen durch einen in seitliche Aussparungen des Bolzenendes eingreifenden
Querriegel gegen Herausfallen geschützt, der seinerseits mittels einer in eine Rast
des Angelbetts federnd eingreifenden Nase in der Sperrstellung gesichert ist. Der
Bolzen braucht nun an seinem - in der Durchsteckrichtung vorderen Ende keinen seitlich
vorstehenden Kopf mehr zu besitzen, und er braucht ferner nach dem Durchstecken
nicht mehr gedreht zu werden. Infolgedessen können die Löcher im Sägeblatt und Angelbett
genau mit dem Bolzenquerschnitt übereinstimmen, so daß der Bolzen in den Löchern
kein oder nur noch ein ganz geringes Spiel hat. Das Sägeblatt ist nunmehr mit dem
Angelbett fast starr verbunden, so daß die bei der Verbindung nach Patent 358o59
vorhandene Verschiebbarkeit des Sägeblatts in der Angel, die den Einbau der Säge
in das Gatter erschwert, beseitigt ist. An Stelle des Bolzens ist nunmehr der Querriegel
drehbar oder auch verschiebbar, um ihn wahlweise in die Sperr- und Freigabestellung

p, p des Angelbetts deckt. Zur Verbindung von Sägeblatt und Bett dient
ein Durchsteckbolzen g von länglichem Querschnitt, der die lichte Weite der Langlöcher
p, P und q voll ausfüllt. Der Durchsteckbolzen g besitzt an seinem in der Durchsteckrichtung
hinteren Ende einen nach zwei Seiten oder auch allseitig vorstehenden Kopf i, während
er am vorderen Ende zwei an seinen Schmalseiten angebrachte Quernuten 3, 3 enthält.
Um den Bolzen gegen Herausfallen zu sichern, ist ein Querriegel r vorgesehen. Dieser
besteht aus einer Blechplatte, die ein mit dem Bolzenquerschnitt übereinstimmendes
Langloch v enthält. Diese Platte wird über das auf dem Angelbett b vorstehende Bolzenende
gestreift (s. Abb. 2) und dann in der Pfeilrichtung z um go° gedreht, wodurch ihre
Lochränder in die Quernuten 3, 3 des Bolzenendes eingreifen. Zur Sicherung des Riegels
gegen unbeabsichtigte Drehung ist die Platte mit einer in der Sperrstellung des
Riegels in der Längsrichtung vom Sägeblatt und Angelbett stehenden federnden Zunge
s und einem daran angebrachten Sperrstift t versehen, der durch die Federung der
Zunge in ein am Angelbett b angeordnetes Loch u eingreift. Soll der
Durchsteckbolzen g wieder entriegelt werden, so wird zunächst durch Hochbiegen der
Zunge s der Sperrstift aus der Rast u herausgehoben und dann der Querriegel r wieder
um go° gedreht, worauf der Bolzen g aus dem Riegel, dem Angelbett und dem Sägeblatt
herausgezogen werden kann. Wie ersichtlich, sind dadurch, daß der Durchsteckbolzen
g die Löcher p, p und q voll ausfüllt, Sägeblatt und Angelbett fast
starr miteinander verbunden, so daß eine Längsverschiebung des Sägeblatts im Angelbett
nicht mehr stattfinden kann. Bei der Ausführungsform nach Abb. 5 bis 7 besitzt der
Durchsteckbolzen gx einen kreisrunden Querschnitt, und er ist an seinem vorderen
Ende mit einer Ringnut q. versehen. Der wieder aus einer Blechplatte bbestehende
Querriegel rx enthält einen Längsschlitz w, der am oberen einen Ende zu einem mit
dem Bolzenquerschnitt übereinstimmenden Loch x erweitert ist. Die Blechplatte r
wird mit ihrem erweiterten Schlitzende auf das aus der Angel vorstehende Bolzenende
gestreift und dann in Richtung des Schlitzes w so weit verschoben, daß die Schlitzränder
in die Ringnut q. des Bolzenendes eingreifen. Die Sicherung des Riegels gegen unbeabsichtigte
Verschiebung erfolgt wie im Beispiel nach Abb. i bis q. durch einen an einer federnden
