Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schloss, insbesondere für Möbel, das aus dem teilweise in die Tür versenkten, das Zuhaltungssystem enthaltenden
Gehäuse und dem auf der Tür zu befestigenden
Schlossblech besteht. Zwischen beiden Teilen ist der Riegel geführt, der durch ein von dem
Zuhaltungssystem betätigtes Stiftpaar bewegt wird.
Die Erfindung hat zum Ziel, beide Hauptteile des Schlosses unter Vermeidung einer Ver- schraubung oder Vernietung in einfacher Weise fest, jedoch lösbar miteinander zu verbinden.
Sie besteht darin, dass die Gehäusegrundplatte zwischen zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, um- gebogenen Schlossblechrändern eingeklemmt und durch Ineinandergreifen der beiden Teile, z. B. mittels eines in einen Schlitz dieses Randes eingreifenden Lappens gegen Verschiebung in
Richtung der Riegelbewegung gesichert ist. Diese
Ausführungsweise ermöglicht überdies, bei An- ordnung mehrerer derartiger Schlitze, aus den gleichen Hauptteilen Schlösser von verschiedener
Grösse, d. h. mit verschiedenem Abstand zwischen
Schlüsseldorn und Vorderkante des Riegels, herzustellen.
Zu diesem Zweck ist auch der Riegel mit mehreren dem Stiftpaar entsprechenden in der Längsrichtung des Riegels gegeneinander versetzten Lochpaaren versehen. Um das Schloss für Rechts-und Linksverwendung geeignet zu machen, sind die Schlitze an den gegenüberliegenden Schlossblechrändern vorgesehen und im Riegel weitere entsprechende Lochpaare angeordnet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist durch die Zeichnung veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Schloss in Draufsicht auf das Schlossblech, Fig. 2 in Unteransicht gegen das Schlossgehäuse und den Riegel, Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht gegen den Riegelkopf. Die Fig. 4 stellt das Schlossgehäuse und den Riegel nach Wegnahme des Schlossbleches in Draufsicht auf die Riegelseite dar. Die Fig. 5 ist eine Draufsicht auf die Grundplatte und Fig. 6 eine Seitenansicht des Schlossgehäuses.
In das an seinen vier Rändern aufgebördelte Schlossblech 1 (Fig. 1-3) ist das zweckmässig kreisförmige, teilweise in die Tür einzulassende Schlossgehäuse 2 mit seiner nach zwei Seiten überstehenden Grundplatte 3 unter Klemmung eingesetzt. Ein kurzer, an einer der beiden Grundplattenseiten angebrachter Lappen 4 greift hiebei in einen im aufgebördelten Rand. M des
Schlossbleches befindlichen Schlitz ein, wodurch eine Verschiebung des Gehäuses auch in Richtung der Bewegung des Riegels 5 verhindert wird.
Das Gehäuse 2 sitzt somit ohne Anwendung einer Verschraubung oder Vernietung fest und unverschiebbar im Schlossblech 1, kann aber aus diesem auch leicht und ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Werkzeuges herausgenommen werden.
Der Riegel 5 ruht in einer seiner Breite und
Dicke entsprechenden Vertiefung 6 der Grundplatte 3 und ist zwischen dieser und dem Schlossblech 1 geführt (Fig. 4-6). In sein Lochpaar 7 greift das durch den Schlüssel über das im
Gehäuse 2 untergebrachte Zuhaltungssystem 2' in den Längsschlitzen 8 der Grundplatte 3 bewegte Stiftpaar 9 ein. Zwecks Rechts-und Linksverwendung des Schlosses ist ein zweites Lochpaar 9'vorhanden, mit welchem die Stifte 9 nach Umlegung des Riegels zusammenwirken. Dementsprechend ist in dem dem Rand 10 gegenüberliegenden Schlossblechrand ebenfalls ein Schlitz für den Lappen 4 vorgesehen, um das um 180 verdrehte Schlossgehäuse festzuhalten. An Stelle eines Schlitzes im Schlossblech kann an diesem auch eine Nase vorgesehen sein, die in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung der Grundplatte 3 eingreift.
Bei Anordnung mehrerer statt nur eines Schlitzes im aufgebördelten Rand 10 des Schlossbleches können durch seitliche Verschiebung der Grundplatte 3 im Schlossblech Schlossgrössen mit verschieden grossem Abstand des Schlüsseldornes 11 von der Vorderkante 12 des Riegels 5 hergestellt werden. Dementsprechend sind auch im Riegel mehrere in dessen Längsrichtung gegeneinander versetzte Lochpaare 9 angeordnet.
An den beiderseits des Gehäuses vorstehenden Teilen der Grundplatte 3 sind aufgebogene Lappen 13 angebracht, die etwas über den Rand 10 des Schlossbleches 1 hinausragen. Sie legen sich beim Festschrauben des Schlossbleches an der Tür gegen diese an und verhindern dadurch auch eine Verschiebung des Gehäuses 2 in seiner Achsrichtung.
