In der Zeichnung ist in Abb. ι bis 3 der Schalter in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt-. In the drawing, the switch is shown in Fig. Ι to 3 in one embodiment.
In the same, α is the switch base in the manner of the threaded base, b is the coil body with the main current winding c and the iron core d. The upper end wall of the coil consists of refractory material and carries the electrodes e and f, which are conductively connected to one another by the current connector g in the switched-on position of the switch. The latter sits firmly on a tube h, which is mounted in the core d so that it can move in the longitudinal direction, protrudes through the core towards the base and is held in the current connection position by a compression spring * (Fig. 1). The anchor k is located at the end of the tube h facing the base. It is loosely displaceable on the rod I , which is displaceably mounted in the longitudinal direction in the current connection piece g and the tube h, and is pressed by a spring ni in the normal state from the magnetic pole against two struts η. These struts engage with their inner, mutually facing ends in two notches 0 of the armature k and hold the leaf spring ft with their outer ends in the spread position. The latter sits on the rod I. On the upper end of this rod is the spring q, which tries to push the rod / as far as a button r attached to its end allows. The switch is covered by a hood s in such a way that only the rod / with the button r and an indicator pin t protrude through it at the top. The lower end of the compression spring i is bent radially outwards and then at right angles and carries the indicator pin t as an extension, which protrudes from the hood s when the switch is in the off position (Fig. 2). ; The automatic disconnection by overcurrent takes place as follows: The armature k is attracted to the coil core d and, since it has somewhat dead gear compared to the tube h or the current connector g , first of all brings the toggle lever formed by the two struts η out of the Dead center position. Then continues on its way j he opens by sliding back of the tube h the contact to the two electrodes e and f. The entry into force \ of the spring of the armature ft during the tightening movement k latter is when the contact opens against the pressure of the coil spring i supported. This support is required if the overcurrent causing the automatic tripping only slightly exceeds the normal current. In addition, the purpose of the leaf spring ft is to hold the switch in the off position after the current has been interrupted. To switch it on again, it is necessary to pull the) button r (Fig. 3), whereby the ■ rod I and the leaf spring ft are also raised and the toggle lever is brought back to the dead center position. After releasing the button r , the whole mechanism springs back to the on position under the pressure of springs i, m and q. Since the tensioning of the opening spring takes place in the open position of the switch, the switch has a so-called trip-free mechanism, so that you can safely switch to an existing short-circuit with the same. Even though the present switch is mainly intended in plug form, its application should not be restricted to this embodiment, but should also extend to embodiments without a threaded base.
