Abstract

The filter is negatively charged at a variable level from an external current source. The dia. of the filter is approx. 2 to 2.5 cm and is implanted in the aorta to load the blood stream until the blood parameters indicate that the tumour is healed. The charge strength is adjustable from 10 to the power of minus 6 m amp. The external source can be a battery. The filter is implanted according to surgical practice under anaesthetics and the battery can be fitted to the upper arm. ADVANTAGE - Natural healing process.
