Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for Cleaning objects with ultrasound according to the preamble of the main claim.
Ultrasonic cleaning systems are known the stainless steel vessels for cleaning have liquid. On the floor and given if on the side walls of the vessels Ultrasonic transducer attached with High frequency energy can be applied. The floor or the side walls lead in the area the ultrasonic transducer piston-shaped vibrations from causing the cleaning fluid to vibrate stimulate, cleaning by cavitation immersed in the cleaning liquid Objects is effected. Through the vibrations the ultrasonic transducer will also bend waves in the floor or side wall material triggered, by overlays on be places high vibration amplitudes occur at the cavitation interface trigger effects by which the floor or the sidewalls eroded and finally be destroyed.
It is to avoid these erosion effects known the floor with sound absorbing Materials to prove the harmful Dampen bending waves. This approach but has the disadvantage that worth it full ultrasonic energy is absorbed and is converted into heat so that the Cleaning performance decreases.
The invention is therefore based on the object a device for cleaning objects to create with ultrasound at good cleaning performance reduces erosion and the lifespan is extended.
This object is achieved by the characteristic features of the main claim in connection with the characteristics of the waiter solved conceptually.
In that the attached to the plate Ultrasonic transducers each from a ring are surrounded, each with a distance to the ultrasonic transducers on the Plate is attached, can be in this Do not form a standing bending shaft in the area and that between the ring and the ultrasonic transducer trained annular membrane decouples the Ultrasonic transducer from the ring. Thus the Erosion greatly reduced and the ultrasound energy is fully utilized, so that no Loss in cleaning performance occurs.
By the specified in the subclaims Measures are advantageous further training and improvements possible.
Es zeigen:An embodiment of the invention is in of the drawing and is shown in the following description explained in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des an der Platte befestigten Schwingers mit Ring, und Fig. 1 is a side view of the transducer attached to the plate with ring, and
Fig. 2 is a schematic bottom view of the plate with vibrators and rings.
In Fig. 1, an ultrasonic vibrator 1 , for example, two piezoceramic elements 2 , 3 and a ver with the piezo elements connected sound-emitting body 4 has on a plate, preferably a metal plate 5 , attached. A plurality of such ultrasonic vibrators 1 are arranged on a plate 5 , the plate 5 being able to be part of the walls of a tub, in which cleaning liquid is added and into which the objects to be cleaned are immersed. The plate 5 together with the ultrasonic vibrators 1 can also be designed as a vibrating plate which is immersed in a tub and the vibrations of the cleaning liquid itself. A ring 6 is fixed concentrically around the transducer on the plate 5 , it being possible for both the ring 6 and the transducer 1 to be connected to the base plate 5 by means of adhesive 7 , soldering, welding or the like. The ring 6 surrounds the ultrasonic vibrator 1 in such a manner that a ring-shaped diaphragm 8 results between ring 6 and oscillators. 1 As shown in FIG. 1 in a greatly enlarged form, the vibrations 9 result , the ring being connected to the plate 5 at the nodes of the vibrations 9 . In order to achieve a good use of the vibrational energy, each ultrasonic vibrator 7 is surrounded by the coaxial ring 6 at a distance of preferably half a wavelength of the bending wave of the plate 5 . It is therefore not possible for a standing bending shaft to form in this area.
FIG. 2 shows a view from below of the plate 5 , a large number of ultrasonic vibrators 1 being arranged on the plate 5 , and these ultrasonic vibrators 1 are each surrounded by a ring 6 . The inner contours around the vibrator 1 are circular, while the outer contours of the rings 6 are designed such that the plate 5 is completely covered with rings 6 . In the exemplary embodiment shown, the rings 6 are hexagonal, but other contours, for example triangular or quadrangular contours, are also conceivable.
The size of the rings 6 depends on the operating frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator 1 . The plate 5 , which, as already stated, can be the bottom or a side wall of the cleaning liquid-receiving vessel, is preferably made of metal. The ring 6 can also consist of metal, but ceramic materials, plastic or a combination of the materials are also conceivable. The connection of the rings 6 with the plate 5 should be free of air bubbles and the surface of the ring 6 facing the plate 5 must be flat. The remaining outer surfaces of the ring can be flat or curved. In another embodiment, the rings 6 are part of the plate 5 , ie they are worked out from the same piece of metal. In this way, an optimal connection between plate 5 and rings 6 is achieved.
In the described embodiment, the ultrasonic vibrators 1 are attached directly to the plate and the rings 6 are particularly useful in this case. However, they can also be used when the ultrasound transducers 1 are connected in another way to the walls of the cleaning vessel and there is a risk that standing bending waves also form on the walls, which could overlap.
