Das Hubaggregat 14 ist als elektro-hydraulische Einheit mit einer durch einen Elektromotor 16 angetriebenen Druckmittel­ pumpe 17 und einem die Hubeinheit 15 bildenden hydraulischen Zylinderkolben sowie Schaltventilen 18 ausgebildet und insge­ samt am Bodenrahmen 9 des Behandlungstisches angeordnet. Dem druckmittelbetriebenen Hubaggregat 14 eine mechanische Gewichtsausgleichsfeder 19 für den Inkubator 6 zugeordnet, einerseits über ein Gelenk 20 gegen den Bodenrahmen 9 abge­ stützt und andererseits bei 21 an der Schwenkstütze 12 angreift, wobei die Gewichtsausgleichsfeder ferner von einer Stange 22 durchsetzt ist, die ihrerseits mit ihrem freien Ende 23 eine Öffnung 24 in einem schwenkbar an der Schwenk­ stütze 12 gelagerten Federteller durchsetzt. Wie insbesondere aus der Fig. 5 ersichtlich ist die Gewichtsentlastungsfeder 19 deckungsgleich zu dieser und unterhalb der Hubeinheit 15 in der Tischlängsmitte angeordnet, wobei die Hubeinheit 15 und die Gewichtsentlastungsfeder 19 an hintereinanderlie­ genden Traversen 25 und 26 des Bodenrahmens 9 des Behand­ lungstisches abgestützt sind. Dem Hubaggregat 14 ist eine Endschalteranordnung, bestehend aus einem an den Tischrahmen 8 angeschlossenen Schaltnocken 25 und einem über einen aufra­ genden Träger 26 am Bodenrahmen 9 abgestützten Schalter 27, zugeordnet. Kleinstkinder-Rettungswagen mit in einem mittels einer Seitentür des Fahrzeuges zugänglichen, vom Fahrerhaus getrenntem Behandlungsraum, in welchem teils fest und teils auswechselbar installierte Versorgungs- und Über­ wachungseinheiten, wie Druckluft- und Sauerstofflaschen und Druck- und Vorratsanzeigen und medizinische Behand­ lungs- und Beobachtungseinrichtungen sowie ein quer zur Fahrtrichtung ausgerichtet angeordneter Behandlungs-und Transporttisch zur Aufnahme eines transportablen Inkubators angeordnet sind, wobei der Behandlungs- und Transporttisch einen oberen und einen unteren Rahmen umfaßt, deren oberer durch wenigstens eine um parallele Achsen schwenk­ bar an beiden Rahmen angelenkte Schwenkstütze in einer hochliegenden Arbeitsstellung gehalten und in einer zur Fahrzeuglängsachse translatorisch gerichteten Bewegungs­ bahn zum Fahrzeugboden hin absenkbar ist, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Behandlungs- und Transporttisch (5) mit einem druckmittelbetriebenen in wenigstens einer der Endlagen des oberen Rahmens (8) selbsttätig abschal­ tenden Hubaggregat (14) ausgerüstet ist.1.
