Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrfachsicherungspatrone mit im Innern vorrätig gehaltener Preßspanschmelzdrahtrolle. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß in dem: unteren, die Schmelzdrahtrolle aufnehmenden Teil eines aus zwei.Querhälften bestehenden Patronenkörpers der Schmelzstreifen klammerartig einen vierkantigen Isolierfortsatz umfaßt und durch Aufsetzen ίο des mit einem entsprechenden Vierkantloch versehenen, oberen Patronenteiles, in seiner Kontaktlage gesichert wird.The invention relates to a multiple fuse cartridge with pressboard fusible wire roll kept in stock inside. ao Die Sicherungspatrone besteht aus zwei voneinander trennbaren Qiuerhälften α und b Von diesen besitzt der untere, den 'Fußkontakt tragende Teil 6 einen Raum d zur Aufnahme der Schmelzdrahtrolle c mit dem ein fortlaufendes iBand bildenden Schmelzstreifen h, der zwischen zwei Preßspanstreifen isoliert eingebettet liegt. Oberhalb des Raumes d ist der Patronenteil b zu einem vierkantigen Isolierfortsatz verlängert, der an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten Kontaktflächen f und e besitzt, von denen die eine f an den Fußkontakt angeschlossen ist. Der Sicherungsstreifen h umfaßt klammerartig den Isolierfortsatz, so .daß seine Kontakte auf die Kontaktflächen f und e zu liegen kommen. Der obere Patronenteil α ist mit einem dem Isolierfortsatz entsprechenden Vierkantloch versehen. In diesem ist die eine seiner Flächen ebenfalls· als Kontaktfläche ausgebildet, die mit dem Stirnkontakt 4,0 am oberen Patronenteil α in leitender Verbindung steht. Mit c ist eine durchsichtige Scheibe aus Glimmer o.- dgl. im Stirnkontakt bezeichnet, um den Zustand des Schmelzdrahtes von außen erkennen zu können. Beim Zusammensetzen der Patronenteile α und b muß die Kontaktfläche im Vierkantloch auf den Kontakt des Sicherungsstreifens zu liegen kommen, der an der Kontaktfläche e des Isolierfortsatzes anliegt. Ist der eingesetzte Sicherungsstreifen h durchgeschmolzen, so wird nach Herausnahme der Patrone der obere Patronenteil a abgenommen, der verbrauchte Sicherungsstreifen abgeschnitten und nach Auflegen des nachgezogenen Sicherungsstreifens der Patronenteil α aufgesetzt.
