Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a catheter device for biopsy, in which a pliers device consisting of pliers, an actuator supply line and an operating part, in which an En doskop from a viewing end piece, a conductor strand for lighting ten and vision and an endoscope head, and in which Endoscope and the forceps device for use on site in an egg ner common, the actuation strand and the conductor strand around comprehensive catheter sheath are arranged.
In a catheter device known from practice Kind is just the endoscope with the catheter sheath to build one union unit that forms a tool channel, through which the independent pliers device is ready for use Place is advanced. It will make the endoscope ready for use Advance location without guiding catheter. The pliers device is repeated through the tool channel for tissue removal pushed and withdrawn. To push forward and back It needs to be able to pull sufficiently easily Tool in the tool channel game; e.g. has the tool NEN diameter of 1 mm and the channel a diameter of 1.4 mm. The endoscope is of conventional design and in Cross section considerably larger than the pliers device or the tool channel. The total cross section of these catheters device is relatively large and many smaller body cavities cannot be achieved with this catheter device. The overall cross section is essentially determined by the Cross section of the usual endoscope and the cross section of the Tool channel.
An object of the invention is a catheter device to create the type mentioned, the overall cross section is significantly reduced to in previously inaccessible to be able to perform small body cavities biopsy. Which he is catheter device according to the invention, solving this problem, characterized in that the endoscope and the pliers Direction for use to a building unit in the Kathe terhülle are summarized that the endoscope is a mini endoscope with a conductor strand formed by quartz glass fibers and a lens is at the viewing end and the cross section of the mini endoscope is smaller than the cross section of the pliers device and that a guiding catheter for advancing the structural unit Place is assigned for use.
The invention not only achieves a reduction in cross section by using the known mini endoscope, but also by avoiding play in a tool channel, i.e. through the unity of catheter sheath and forceps device. To the pliers device repeated as before without problems The building is the place to advance and retract for use Lichen catheter unit of the guide catheter assigned to the is first pushed for use on site and by the the catheter unit is repeatedly advanced and withdrawn becomes. So the invention requires a new approach to the endoscope and the forceps for repeated Ge need to bring on site.
With a mini endoscope, the diameter of the pure conductor strand maximum 0.4 mm in size and the diameter of the with Man provided with a maximum of 0.5 mm. A mini endoscope is launched by the Olympus company in Tokyo brings. The cross section of the pliers is through the Cross section of the pliers determined, the cross section of the Pliers considerably larger than the cross section of the actuation is stranges. The catheter device according to the invention has usually only the mini endoscope and the forceps device and no further channel or lumen, since it should be as small as possible in cross section. The mini endoscope can be permanently connected to the catheter sheath. Usually a channel is provided on the catheter sheath, in which the Mini Endoscope is housed and from which the mini endoscope for Cleaning can be removed.
It is important for the invention that not a mini endoscope is provided a channel through which the pliers for Use is advanced on site, but that the entire Unit of mini endoscope and forceps device for every tissue removal is advanced and withdrawn. It can be now perform tissue sampling in gastroontology in the Pancreatic duct, in the bile duct and in the gall bladder, in urology in the ureter and in the renal pelvic gum system, in gynecology in the fallopian tube and in geology in the most vessels.
