Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Zubehör für Spritzgußmaschi nen. Dies können Kunststoffspritzgußmaschinen sein oder auch andere. Bei Spritzgußmaschinen wird zähflüssiges Material in eine vorgegebene Form (6) eingepreßt. Hierbei besteht das Problem, die Form (6) voll auszupressen. Es darf keine Unterfüllung aber auch keine Überfüllung eintreten. Die Regelung dieses Vorgangs erfolgt bisher über druck- und zeitabhängige Steuerungen, da die zu pres senden Massen jedoch unterschiedlichste Eigenschaften haben und auch während des Druckvorgangs oft unvorhersehbare Umstände im Fließverhalten auftreten, ist es nach wie vor ein Problem, höhere Genauigkeiten bei den Spritzgußteilen zu erreichen bzw. eine geringe Ausschußquote zu erzielen.The invention relates to an accessory for injection molding machines.
