Die Erfindung betrifft eine Doppelkassette mit nebeneinanderliegenden Filmspulen für kinematographische Aufnahmeapparate derjenigen Gattung, bei denen das die beiden Filmspulen und die Filmtransportorgane enthaltende Kassettengehäuse an die Filmbahn angeschoben wird. Aufnahmeapparate dieser Gattung sind bekannt, jedoch wegen ihrer konstruktiven Unvollkommenheit bisher wenig im Gebrauch. Die beiden Filmspulen werden von Zargendeckeln umschlossen, die gelenkig am Mittelrahmen angeordnet sind und durch ein gemeinsames Schloß an ihm befestigt werden können. Die Raumausnutzung innerhalb des schmalen Mittelrahmens ist derart günstig getroffen, daß außer dem Sucher- oder Lupenrohr noch die gesamten Antriebsorgane für die Filmspulen untergebracht sind. Bei Verwendung dieser Doppelkassette kann der ganze Aufnahmeapparat wesentlich kleiner gehalten werden.
