Auf Veranlassung des Bundesgesundheitsamts erhielten daraufhin alle Hersteller von Baumwundverschluß- und Veredelungsmitteln von der Biologischen Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig die Auflage, daß diese Präparate nur unter Beachtung von Schutzmaßnahmen, wie z. B. Anlegen von Schutzhandschuhen, Berühren mit der Haut vermeiden, verarbeitet werden durften.
