Der Grundrahmen des Fitnessstuhles ist aus 40 mm Vierkant
rohr gefertigt (siehe Fig. I Nr. 1). Das Kniepolster (2)
ist auf das untere Tragrohr (a) am Grundrahmen (I) steck
bar. Die Sitzfläche (3) ist schräg oder waagrecht in ver
schiedenen Höhen im Grundrahmen (I) fixierbar. Wie in Fig.
II gezeigt kann mit Hilfe des Montagewinkels (c) und der
Bruststütze (5) der Beincurler (6) auf den Grundrahmen (I)
gesteckt werden. Um Bizepscurls wirbelsäulenschonend durch
führen zu können, ist auf den Grundrahmen (I) ein Bizeps
curler, bestehend aus Standrohr (4) mit Ellbogenstützen und
höhenverstellbarer Bruststütze (5) in das mittlere Träger
rohr steckbar (siehe Fig. III).

teren Tragrohr (a), bzw. mit dem Standrohr (4) auf dem
oberen Tragrohr (b), ein Tretlager für Fitnesstraining
an Beinen und Armen montiert werden. Die Trittlänge der
Pedale des Tretlagers (7) ist verstellbar um einen opti
malen Bewegungsradius zu erreichen. Der Fitnessstuhl kann
ohne Zusatzgeräte als wirbelsäulenschonender Stuhl auch
für normale Wohnzwecke verwendet werden. Die dargestell
te und beschriebene Ausführung ist nur ein Beispiel zur
