Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for removing sub day tubes with flexible expansion convex towards the mountains elements that consist of expansion profiles, joints and compliant keitseinrichtung are composed, the mountains determine forces with the aid of rock mechanics have clear main direction of force. The invention relates to fer nerhin expansion elements that are special for such a process are suitable. - The expression underground tube includes probably line tubes in mining companies as well as tunnel tubes. The expansion profiles that convex towards the mountains Form the other expansion elements, in turn, can be arched or just be executed, the expansion arches or In the latter case, expansion rings form a polygon. The Compliance facilities take into account convergence, to which the underground tubes are subject. You are so turned on judges that the convergence is kept as small as possible. Experience the expansion elements under the influence of convergence their predetermined deformation, so the expansion element works. In the following, this is referred to as convergence work.
As part of the measures known from practice, of which the invention is based, can not be guaranteed that the expansion profiles of the expansion elements in the convergence work experience a so-called bedding in that the expansion pro file are pressed against the mountains. Rather, it can In the event that expansion profiles of the mountains more or get less free and down to the center of the underground tube hike while on the other side in this area Loosening of the mountains occurs.
The invention has for its object a method for Develop subclaims to specify which ensures that the expansion element in the convergence work with all Aus building profiles is securely pressed onto the mountains and one experiences sufficient bedding so that a loosening of the mountains in No longer the area of expanding profiles, as it were occurs.
To solve this problem, the invention teaches that the off Components in the area of the main direction of force with one main joint that are attached to the main joint to everyone Side an expansion profile is connected, which expansion profiles connected at their end with an activation joint be that on the activation joints on both sides of the Removal element designed as a bedding element be connected when taking up the mountain forces via the main joint and through the connected expansion pro file pressed against the mountains and thereby a bed under will be thrown, and that compliance facilities that so are designed to be effective only after the bedding process be, between adjacent bedding elements or at the Ends of the bedding elements facing away from the main joint will. The invention takes advantage of the fact that at a the teaching of the invention developed underground tube we mountain forces in the area of the main force direction starts. According to the invention it is achieved that the components of the Expansion elements that absorb the mountain forces first, the same sam spread the connected expansion profiles. These are designed as bedding elements, i.e. ent dimensioned accordingly. In the method according to the invention you experience a very optimal bedding because with this Bedding process the compliance facilities still don't work, so don't push it in yet. The compliant facilities are trained accordingly and arranged. In general, the range of the main force lies Direction of the mountain forces in the roof, it points to always to the inside of the underground tube.
There are several possible options within the scope of the invention further training and design. One before preferred embodiment of the invention works with expansion elements which are closed into expansion rings by that the ends of the bedding elements on the at the main joint opposite side or to the compliance facilities one end joint each is connected and that the end joints through a single or multiple part designed as a closing element expansion profile. This closing element is arranged and is designed so that it is not for Can emigrate or kink inside the subclaims. This closing element closes the expansion profiles to one construction ring, it is immaterial whether this ring is circular has or more or less ent compared to the circular shape is artet. It is within the scope of the invention to adj bart bedding elements additional bedding-promoting gels ke to arrange. The compliance facilities are used moderately from nested and against each other Frictionally displaceable channel profiles are formed. they can be set up to be blockable. Particularly advantageous is to work with joints that come from areas of out construction profiles with reduced bending resistance deform the mountain.
The invention also relates to expansion elements for the Implementation of the described method as described in An say 6 to 10 are described.
The expansion element 1 shown in FIG. 1 may be destined for a mining operation. The underground tube is called the line tube or line. The area of the main force direction is in the roof, the mountain forces are directed towards the interior of the route. One can see two expansion profiles 2 , which have complementary halves of a main joint 3 at one end and a half of an activation joint 4 at the other end. It can also be seen bedding elements 5 , which have the complementary halves of the activation joints 4 at one end. These joints are called activation joints 4 because they activate the bedding process in combination with the other features. The bedding element 5 is formed at the other end as part of a compliance device 6 or can be connected to such a device. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the resilience devices 6 are supported at 9 with a special expansion profile 7 in the area of the sole 8 . In the embodiment of FIG. 2, a closing element 10 is additionally provided, which is connected via end joints 11 to the flexibility devices 6 and is a little convex toward the sole. The closing element 10 is in the imple mentation form of FIG. 2, a rigid, unyielding component. Already this embodiment according to FIG. 2 represents an expansion ring in the terminology of the invention. The ring shape is more pronounced in the embodiment according to FIG. 3. Here, the closing element 10 has an additional, bed-promoting joint 12 , as it were at its lowest point. This is possible, please include, when the closing element 10 performs corresponding convexly and is arranged. All expansion profiles 2, 5, 10 may be channel profiles. The resilience devices 6 are in the exemplary embodiment designed as a frictional interlocking channel profiles, which are equipped with appropriate clamps 13 . The joints 3, 4, 11, 12 can in principle be of any design, they were indicated in the figures as bolt joints. You could also consist of sections from the expansion profiles, which have a reduced bending resistance. - The hatched fields in the area of the main hinge 3 and afterwards represent the moment distributions that result when an expansion element 1 of the structure described initially takes up the stresses from the rock forces in the area of the main hinge 3 and the expansion profiles 2 connected to it, the compliance devices 6 are not yet effective. They are located in areas in which the stresses from the aforementioned moments are relatively or vanishingly small and are designed so that they only become effective after the intended bedding process has been completed. It is within the scope of the invention to install a supporting frame 14 in an expansion arch, as was indicated in FIG. 3.
In FIG. 4 in the direction of the axis of ordinates is the support force N applied an expansion element, in the direction of the axis of abscissa the deformation S of convergence. A first characteristic I can be seen, which can be achieved in the case of a conventional joint-free flexibility expansion which does not have Ge joints but has flexibility devices. One recognizes a second, dash-dotted characteristic II, which is achievable when working with a classic joint expansion. The areas of sudden drop in load capacity in the two characteristics I and II mean that the corresponding expansion element loses its load capacity. Characteristic III of an expansion element 1 according to the invention is extracted. It can be seen that the load capacity does not drop where the classic joint expansion, according to characteristic II, loses its load capacity. This is based on the fact that in the expansion element 1 according to the invention the lines 6 are effective in the area III a . The increase in III b is due to the fact that the compliance devices 6 experience a blockage. The overall behavior from the characteristic III is based on the fact that first the described bedding process in area III c was realized. The resilience devices 6 , which then take effect, keep the load capacity constant over a long way of deformation. The waste occurs when the resilient keitseinrichtung 6 or other components of the expansion element 1 are destroyed and consequently the expansion element loses its overall load capacity.
