Between the two movable supports cd lies the push rod a provided with a claw b , the sleeves f and e of which serve to guide the loose supports. The carriage slide is placed against a part of the carriage by means of the claw b , Fig. 1. The hand lever g , which widens towards the blade h, is rotatably mounted about the bolt w in a slot i of the push rod α.

This lever engages through a slot 0 of the upper support d with its gear-like end through the slot i into a toothing / the lower support c. When lifting and depressing the hand lever g , the same alternately serves as a support point, one time the roller n rotatable on support d , which is located in the curved slot m of h , FIG. 2, and the other time the toothing engaging in toothing Z of support c j of part h.

If lever g is raised, the toothed segment j of the lever blade h receives a support point and push rod α on the toothing / support c and with it support d and the wagon are then also pushed forward again.
