The switch-trigger consists of an armature and a yoke, both of soft magnetic material, which are in close contact when the switch is closed. Pref. material is TiN in a 0.4-0.8 micron thick layer, which is pref. deposited on the armature and yoke by evaporation, pref. sputtering.
