Abstract

The web folding machine has a folding plough head (1) deflecting the web (D) between an inlet (2) and an outlet roller (3). An adjusting drive for the head acts in the deflection direction (z). The head is slid by a constant adjuster drive controlled by a servo (6.1). A second servo (6.2) with an adjusting drive widens or narrows the support body on the head, whose working position is variable by superimposing the movements of the two drives.
