einer Auffangrinne g versehen. Mit dem Fuß i ist ein Böckchen io verbunden, welches
den um die Achse ii drehbaren Hebel 12 trägt. An einem Ende dieses Hebels hängt
die obere Formschale 13, während das andere Ende des Hebels einen Handgriff 14 bildet.
Soll nun beispielsweise eine Frikadelle geformt werden, so wird die nötige Menge
Hackfleisch o. dgl. in die untere Schale 8 eingelegt, nachdem vorher die Schale
13 durch Druck auf den Handgriff rd. des Hebels 12 etwas angehoben ist. Zieht man
alsdann den Handgriff des Hebels wieder hoch, so setzt sich die obere Schale 13
mit ihrem Rand auf den Rand der unteren Schale 8 auf, so daß die Frikadelle geformt
wird. Das überschüssige Hackfleisch fällt in die obenerwähnte Auffangrinne g. Die
obere Schale 13 kann auch, wie bekannt, so an ein Hebelgestänge, einen Bolzen o.
dgl. angehängt werden, daß sie durch ein Gegengewicht, eine Feder o. dgl. für .
