Description
Verschränkter Leiter für elektrische Maschinen mit großer Nutenstreuung. In der Patentschrift 259879 ist ein Leiter für elektrische Maschinen mit großer Nutenstreuung beschrieben, der aus mehreren übereinanderliegenden parallelgeschalteten Flachdrähten besteht: Die Flachdrähte sind in der Mitte der Nut so gegeneinander verschränkt, daß sie dort in zwei Gruppen mit ihren Schmalseiten aneinanderstoßen. Das- vom Leiterstrom erzeugte Nutenquerfeld erreicht seinen größten Betrag am Ankerumfang und ruft dort die größten Verluste pro Zentimeter Nutenhöhe hervor. Gemäß der Erfindung werden daher die äußersten Flachdrähte eines solchen Leiters, die teils vor, teils hinter der Verschränkung dem Ankerumfang zunächst liegen, nochmals parallel ihren Flachseiten in einige Schichten gespalten; die Schichten werden elektrisch parallel .geschaltet und bei der Verschränkung als Ganzes behandelt. Durch die dabei erfolgende Verdrehung jedes gespaltenen Flachdrahtquerschnittes um i8o° wird die Aufeinanderfolge der den Flachseiten parallelen Schichten vertauscht. In jeder durch die Mittellinien zweier Schichten eines Flachdrahtes gebildeten Schleife heben sich die durch das Nutenquerfeld erzeugten EMKe ebenso auf wie in einer durch zwei ungeteilte Flachdrähte gebildeten Schleife.Crossed conductor for electrical machines with a large number of slots.
