Description
Cesteinsstaubschranke für Steinkohlenbergwerke. Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Löschen der Flamme bei Schlagwetter- oder Kohlenstaubexplosionen, die an derFirst derGrubenstrecke angebracht ist. Die bisher bekannten \'orrichfungen, die denselben Zweck verfolgen sollen, haben jedoch verschiedene Sachteile. Bei sämtlichen Vorrichtungen kippen die Staubkästen nacheinander um, d. h. die Wirkung der Schranke ist verfehlt, denn beim Eintreffen des Explosionsluftdruckes muß der ganze Streckenquerschnitt unter Staub gesetzt werden, um die sofort nacheilende Stichflamme zu löschen. Andere Konstruktionen beengen den freien Streckenquerschnitt, so daß eine angestrengte F7 rderung unmöglich ist. Ebenfalls erfordert die Lagerung vieler der bekannten Gesteinsstaubschranken große Kosten an Reparaturen. Diese Nachteile werden durch Verwendung einer Vorrichtung in vorliegender Erfindung vermieden. Dieser im vorstehenden dargelegte Erfindungsgedanke kommt in der aus der Abbildung ersichtlichen Gesteinsstaubschranke zum Ausdruck. Es zeigen: Abb. i eine Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung, Abb. 2 eine Oberansicht, Abb. 3 eine Vorderansicht. Wirkungsweise: Der bei einer Explosion auftretende Luftdruck drückt die Klappe i oder i', je nachdem, in welcher Richtung er wirkt, nach innen. Auf einer daran befestigten Konsole ruht der Hebel 2 oder 2', welcher nun in die Höhe gedrückt wird. Da der Hebel 2 oder 2' mit den Sperrhebeln 3 auf einer gemeinschaftlichen Welle sitzt, so -werden auch die Sperrhebel hochgedrückt. Hierdurch werden die Staubkästen entsichert und kippen um und entladen den Staub nach unten auf die Strecke.
