ι. In the extractor A the heating is arranged in such a way that the latter, that is to say the steam supply and discharge, is in no direct connection with the jacket part of the extractor; rather, the steam supply and discharge takes place through the sub-part Z of the extractor at α .

2. Likewise, the sieve base b is not screwed or riveted to the extractor casing, so that there is no connection with the latter either, but the sieve base rests on the cast iron base Z of the extractor.
