The arrangement of the work necessary for the game is as follows:

On a table χ of any shape, ideally a circle, there are wooden sticks A , as if belonging to a pyramid or a cone. a metal rod α, rotatable about itself and provided with notches, which correspond to partial lines in a scale attached to the wooden rods A.

Along the metal rods α a cylinder is snapped upwards by means of spring force; a slightly movable snap located on this catches itself in one of the notches as it slides back and thus reveals the strength that the player used when pulling the button D.

The rods A and α find the appropriate support for their upper ends on a circular plate y.

Inside the table χ there is an engine for each rod α , Fig. 7, consisting of a spring C, which can be compressed by means of the cords c by tightening at D , and also of rollers r and connecting links E and e.

The purpose of these mechanisms is, on the one hand, to snap up the associated cylinders h along the metal rods α by simply pulling them at D , on the other hand, by means of E and e, the starting position for all cylinders is restored.

The details of these cylinders h are illustrated in FIGS. 8, 9 and 10.

Each has a recess q, a steel spring %, a snap m, a bracket k and friction rollers / /. A small target (man with a flag) is attached to it in the middle of the connecting pieces i and / ', which, after it has jumped up, points to one of the graduation lines in the scale of the wooden sticks A. As soon as the cylinders h have reached their highest point of ascent and are now sliding back, they catch themselves in the notches of the metal rods α and thus cause the previously mentioned pointing of the target. This tells the player how many points he has achieved.

If a new game is now to begin, a button s, Fig. 3 and 4, located inside (circular section) of the table χ must be pulled.

As a result, a wire (cord) J running over a roll sets a circle system of horizontal rods E in motion. These little rods are connected to one another by means of hinges, and together they form a circle which is concentric to the cutout in the table. Wires C, which then cause the 'metal rods α to rotate around themselves as soon as the button s is pulled.

As a result of this rotation, the notches located on the metal rods α switch themselves off from the snaps m of the cylinder h and allow this to slide down to the base.

If the button s is now released again, a spiral spring g, Fig. 4, attached to the opposite end of the system mentioned comes into effect and causes the rods E to snap back into their normal position, whereby the metal rods a are turned back again in such a way that whose notches face the recesses in the cylinders h , so they can catch the cylinders the next time they snap open.

The cylinder shoots up as a result of the players pulling each individual button D at the same (or different) time, while all cylinders slide down on one and the same pull on button s.

The rubber plate H, FIG. 7, attached to the foot of the metal rods α, is intended to dampen the impact of the falling cylinder as much as possible and to prevent the noise.
