Abstract
Description
Dialyzers, so-called artificial kidneys, must be close to the patient to form the extracorporeal circle run along with their corresponding patient connections for cleaning, especially of sterilization materials, rinsed, then made empty and then filled with an appropriate saline solution or donor blood. Is to it is known the arterially connectable line, in which there is a Circulation pump is located, with its male Luer lock on an appropriate connection of a bag with clinical pure saline solution. The second venous connection bare line on the dialyzer is connected to an empty container preferably a bag, also with a male Luer lock connected. As a rule, the storage container contains approx. 2 Ltr. Saline. Approx. 500 ml of the solution are added to the Circulation pump pumped through the dialyzer and into the empty bag presses. The one contaminated with common salt as a result of the rinse Solution filled bags are discarded. After this rinse cycle the line leading to the empty container on a second line end of the reservoir connected. Through recirculation the remaining amount of the storage container becomes the remaining waste Cleanings from the dialyzer and the connecting lines far going away. The pump-side supply line to the dialyzer is then released from the storage container and attached to the patient closed. Blood flows through this connection line over the Circulation pump through the dialyzer, in which a mass transfer from Blood to the parallel flowing dialysis circuit instead finds. If the blood becomes visible after passing through the dialyzer, the second connection line of the dialyzer is venous to the Pa connected. The patient receives a remainder of infused saline solution.
The object of the invention is through device and procedural suggestions infusing contaminated saline solution after rinsing and venting one Avoid dialyzers in the patient and the necessary amount Reduce saline for the cleaning process.
To solve the invention task is a recirculation piece for the patient-side connection of a dialyzer, which comprises a flexible tube with end luer locks, pre hit, characterized by two each with a male and a flexible Luerlock equipped flexible hoses, one of which has a tube on the side of the male Luer lock is lockable, and both hoses by a lockable Hose or the like are connected. On the match The flexible hoses can be fitted with shut-off clamps to be seen. Preferably, the connecting hose with the two flexible hoses each connected via a T-piece the.
A recirculation piece is known with which the two patients connecting lines of a dialyzer are connected, to circulate blood through a dialyzer. It is a flexible hose with ends gen Luerlocks, lockable used in medical technology Fittings.
With such a recirculation piece according to the invention that can Ver also proposed to solve the invention task drive according to claims 4 and 5 are carried out. Here is in the blood-carrying system, consisting of the dialyzer and the two connecting lines, a circuit is built in which a certain amount of saline is circulated, which in the Dialyzer warms up, which greatly increases the cleaning effect becomes. Each in the dialyzer in the dialysis fluid circuit The amount of saline solution that is exceeded is automatically increased complements. After the rinsing process ends, flows out of the supply container of clinically pure saline. When moving the Connection lines to the patient are only clinical Pure saline filled so that no contaminated cook saline solution can be infused into the patient. Consumed only a small amount of clinically pure table salt is used solution. There is always a remaining quantity available for one further treatment.
The recircula according to the invention, sterilized in the usual way tion piece is only used once. His Her position requires little effort and therefore increases the dialysis costs only to a small extent. Stand against it Reduced costs due to the reduced consumption of table salt solution and avoiding contaminated saline in the Blood circulation.
Es zeigen: Using an exemplary embodiment of a recirculation piece and a process scheme, the invention follows explained in more detail. Show it:

Fig. 2 shows the connection diagram of a dialyzer during a cleaning and venting treatment.
First, reference is made to FIG. 2. In the dialyzer designated by the number 6 , the circuit 7 for the heated dialysis fluid is designated. For this purpose, the blood circulation flows in parallel and preferably in countercurrent, which has to be cleaned, vented and filled before connection to the patient. The supply line with the male Luer lock 31 on the end bears the number 3 . The circulation pump 5 , referred to as a blood pump, is arranged in this feed line. The other on the connecting line with an end male Luer lock 41 (connector) carries the number 4 An overall designated with the number 8 and shown in Fig. 1 Rezir kulationsstück is used to carry out the cleaning and venting process of the blood circulation from dialyzer 6 and its connecting lines 3 and 4th
As can be seen from Fig. 1, such a recirculation piece 8 consists of the two flexible tubes 81 and 82 , which are connected by a flexible tube 83 . The two flexible tubes 81 and 82 each have male Luer locks 85 at the same ends 81 a and 82 a, and female luer locks at the other ends 81 b and 82 b . These are connectors known in medical technology, which are each provided with closures.
The connection with the flexible hose 83 to the hoses 81 and 82 takes place via the T-pieces 84 . On the connecting hose 83 , a hose clamp designated with the number 9 is indicated, which can also be attached to the hose section 82 a . Such a hose clamp is indicated by the number 10 on this hose section 82 a . Instead of the hose clamp shown, other valve-like closures of a fixed or removable type can be used.
For cleaning and venting treatment of the dialyzer 6 , the recirculation piece 8 with the female luer lock 86 on the hose 81 is connected to the male luer lock 31 of the arterial connection line 3 . The flexible tube 82 is also connected to the male Luer lock 81 of the flexible tube 4 with a female Luer lock 86 . The tube section 81 a is connected with the male Luer lock 85 to the female counterpart 13 of the connector 11 of a storage container 1 with clinically pure saline. The hose section 82 a in turn is connected with its male Luer lock 85 to the corresponding counterpart 22 of the connecting line 21 of an empty container 2 , which is used to hold uncleaned saline solution. The connectors on containers 1 and 2 are also Luer locks. At the reservoir 1 , a connection 12 with a Luer lock 14 is provided.
After connecting the dialyzer 6 to the storage container 1 and the empty or receiving container 2 via the recirculation piece 8 , the filling process takes place first. For this purpose, approx. 250 mm of pure saline solution are removed from the storage container 1 by suction via the pump 5 . First, the connec tion hose 83 is closed by the hose clamp 9 . The passage through the hose end 82 a in front of the container 2 is open. After running in the aforementioned amount of sodium chloride, the hose line 82 a is closed at 10 and the connecting hose 83 is opened at 9 . Now the amount of saline solution in the system flows through the dialyzer 6 and lines 3 and 4 and heats up in the countercurrent dialysis fluid. A partial exchange takes place, so that the amount of saline diffused out must be supplemented by supply from the reservoir 1 .
After a predetermined Umwälzzeit and by external He know the degree of contamination of the circulated saline amount again the closure of the connecting line 83 at the terminal 9 and the opening at 10 of the line section 82 a , so that the contaminated saline solution flows to the removal or empty container 2 . To the same extent, 1 clinically pure saline solution flows in from the storage container.
After the amount of contaminated saline has expired from the system 3 , 6 and 4 , the connecting line 3 , which has been separated from the recirculation piece 8 , is connected arterially to the patient. Is the now entering and through the dialy sator 6 blood visible in the connecting line 4 , this is also separated from the recirculation piece 8 and with its male Luer lock 41 venous to the patient ruled out. Since there is only clinically pure saline solution in this connecting line 4 , no contaminated saline solution is infused into the patient. The dialysis system is empty, filled and free of contaminated saline.
The recirculation piece 8 once used is discarded, as is the receptacle 2 . The amount of liquid still present in the reservoir 1 can be used for later treatment.
