Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biogasanlage mit flexibler Glocke, die wechselweise als Substrat- oder Gasspeicher Verwendung finden kann. Wie aus dem Bild ersichtlich, ist die flexible Glocke dabei mittig aufgehängt und bewirkt einen entsprechenden Druckausgleich bei Gas- oder Substratzufuhr bzw. Gas- oder Substratentnahme durch seitliches Auseinandergehen oder Zusammenziehen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Glocke durch eine Preßverbindung mit dem Behälterrand verbunden. Das System kann vorzugsweise zur anaeroben Vergärung von organischem Substrat in Speicheranlagen eingesetzt werden.The invention relates to a biogas plant with a flexible bell, which can be used alternately as a substrate or gas storage. Die bisher in Biogasanlagen (wie z. B. in der DE 27 52 271 A1 beschrieben) eingesetzten flexiblen Glocken haben den Nachteil, daß sie schwierig am unteren Behälterrand anzubringen sind, die Dichtigkeit in diesem Bereich unsicher ist und das evtl. notwendige Auswechseln sehr aufwen dig ist. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, indem der untere Glockenrand an die Behälter wand angepreßt wird (Fig. 1 Nr. 1). Vorzugsweise wird dabei der innere Flanschteil durch den Baukörper vorgegeben oder ein der Behälterform ange paßter eigener Flanschteil integriert. Der äußere Flanschteil (Fig. 1 Nr. 2) wird durch eine unterhalb des Glockenrandes anzubringende Stützvorrichtung an den inneren Flanschteil angepreßt. Der dazwischen befindliche Glockenrand er fährt am Ende eine Verdickung (Fig. 1 Nr. 3), um ein Herausrutschen zu verhin dern. Durch ein oder mehrere aufgesetzte Dome mit Wasserringverschluß ist eine problemlose Einsicht in den Fermenter möglich (Fig. 1 Nr. 5 und Fig. 2 Nr. 2). Der Tauchdeckel des Doms bietet ferner eine wirksame Über- und Unterdrucksicherung. Daneben ist es möglich, im Dombereich eine Rühreinrichtung anzubringen (Fig. 1 Nr. 6), die bei runden Domen mittels Drehung des Deckels von außen steuerbar ist (Fig. 1 Nr. 7). Durch den Schacht des Domes können Zu- und Ablaufleitungen fest angebracht werden (Fig. 1 Nr. 8) Um bei Gasmangel ein Zusammenziehen der Glocke zu verhindern, ist vorzugsweise ein Endschalter anzubringen (Fig. 2 Nr. 3).Insight into every operating state is achieved by hanging the bell in the middle of the container, preferably on the roof structure ( Fig. 1 No. 4 and Fig. 2 No. 1 ).
