Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a separating device for Flat bags, such as photo bags, from a stack by means of a suction device arranged on a driver tung.
An example of such flat bags, which in mass fall, paper photo bags, in which film negative and positive prints are packed and transported. The filled photo must be in the processing laboratories bags are invoiced, labeled and sorted for what they are must be available individually and must be accessible. So far it is usual, the bags in batches for machine separation to provide. The top bag then becomes vertical lifted off and after a subsequent sideways movement filed again. To do this, use one with several small suction cups provided arm, which only with one relatively complex flow control can be operated. It the different movements as well as the sub pressurizing the suction cups and interrupting the Negative pressure are coordinated with each other. By the more change of direction of the arm as well as the assembly and disassembly of vacuum during a cycle is this device mechanically complex, prone to failure and slow. Furthermore there is a risk that the content of not tightly closed out of the bags when braking and starting again is shaken. This danger exists all the more because the photo bags are sucked in on their top side like this that the total weight of the content after the bottom dented below.
Finally, practice has shown that each other interlocking lying bags, in particular when address label and address window in each other Intervention. This leads to undesirable disturbances and interruptions.
The example described above using photo bags The same problems could also apply to other bags, Bags, sleeves, flat bags and the like in all areas trade, distribution and processing occur.
The invention has for its object a device to specify which of the aforementioned types works reliably and with little control technology Effort can be operated.
This object is achieved in that a horizontal Stack holder for the flat bags with one retention Stop on one end is present that in the An include a horizontal, rotating axis parallel to the face Suction driver is present and that a control device is available with which the restraint stop in Depending on the rotational position of the suction drive in the way is controlled that the restraint stop only is released when the suction openings are next to the end of the stacking device.
The invention has the advantage that the suction driver a revolves machine part, so that any movement Reversal of supply is eliminated. Thus, a continuous, har monic, energy-saving movement carried out, which ver reduced wear and an essentially maintenance-free Operation enables. By lifting it out of the side Horizontal impact and movement in one direction it is guaranteed that the content of not closed flat bags do not fall out. Because the sucked flat bag lying on the suction drive through a circular path the flat bags are spared, i.e. the weight the content does not attack the flat bags themselves. Furthermore, the stack can be operated without interrupting the suction be filled up at its free end. In particular in particular, it is possible to refill continuously and automatically on an assembly line or on a belt increase, the stacking device serving as a buffer. There the suction air is large using a hollow shaft with simple means can be provided voluminously, the flat bags with a large suction pressure or with a large suction area be opened so that a safe suction, a sta Stable grip and reliable guidance are guaranteed.
The principle according to the invention differs fundamentally Lich from the familiar where the movement of the human hand is imitated. Instead, the invention makes the Take advantage of the fact that the flat bags are placed upright do not fall over immediately due to their sluggishness, even if the side support is removed. If the support or the restraint stop is released and the first bag of the Horizontal stack is laterally removed by means of suction air, the subsequent second bag of this movement cannot follow and remain in position until the Restraint stop back in its starting position located and can support this bag. A take away the following bag due to adhesion or adhesive friction is reliably excluded, so that the isolation is carried out precisely and reliably.
Through the free gap, on the one hand by sucking away of the first photo bag and due to the inertia of the second photo bag is generated, there is no mutual egg friction, so that it gets caught or damaged, is avoided even with unevenly filled photo bags.
A preferred development of the invention consists in that the effective cross-section of the suction openings is approximately one A quarter to almost the entire photo pocket area is that the suction openings further in the axial direction of the rotating Carrier essentially the corresponding width of the Take photo bags and that the edges of the suction openings lie in one plane. These measures result in a relatively large suction area, so that no strong suction is required. Nevertheless, every photo bag becomes reliable held even if the bag in question due to its Filling should not lie completely against the openings or if it is moved sideways. Possibly occurring Incorrect air in the case of incompletely fitting photo bags can can be easily compensated for because the air lines can easily be dimensioned sufficiently large.
It is particularly useful for this that the suction driver is designed as a roller, and that the suction openings through attached nozzle are formed. Basically it is sufficient that suction orifices with respect to the Drum circumference are arranged in a single place. The rhythm with which the photo bags are separated is thus fixed by the revolutions of the roller per unit of time placed. But it is also easily possible on the Drum jacket offset several such nozzles assign so that the rotation speed corresponds can be reduced accordingly.
This can increase the friction at the suction openings that that rubber lips are arranged in this area. They act as a possible slipping of the suctioned Photo bag towards.
The holding force is improved and the emergence of bad air prevents the rubber lips on the edges the suction openings arranged in the manner of a mouthpiece will.
To prevent small objects or very thin, elastic photo bags pulled into the suction opening who the, it is advantageous that the suction openings with an up position grids are provided.
The control of the restraint stop depending on the Angle of rotation of the rotating suction drive takes place on fold way that a rotatable ver with the driver tied control disc is present, with which the rear stop stop is connected. Through this compulsory tax tion is a reliable synchronization of the two loads movements ensured.
Both the opening and closing of the restraint stop will thereby forcibly controlled that the control disc with a control groove is provided, in which one with the back stop stop connected control lever is guided.
It is for automatic replenishment of the horizontal stack advantageous that the stacking device with a conveyor device, preferably a webbing, is provided with which the photo bags automatically at the restraint stop be employed. It also proves to be useful moderate that for switching the conveyor on and off a mechanical or optical sensor is available with which determines whether a photo bag is on the restraint stop or not. In a constructive sense it is particularly easy that the restraint stop in the way is articulated at the base of the stacking device that he has been Lich can be pivoted. This pivotal movement can follow the ajar bag as soon as it is effective is exposed to suction.
The restraint stop does not pose an obstacle in this case during the suction process if it comes from one or multiple fingers. The photo bag can then be practical table can be pulled over these fingers without friction.
It is particularly advantageous that those with the intake openings engage the provided nozzle between the fingers, see above that the photo bag in question while viewing finger is lifted off smoothly.
In addition, it may be advantageous for the photo bags in kinematic reversal with the help of finger-like pickups be lifted off the nozzle. Through this measure it is does not require the suction to remove the individual NEN photo bags is interrupted.
However, in order to avoid incorrect air, it can be advantageous that the intake openings are provided with throttle valves, with which the suction openings between the removal and be locked when taking a photo bag.
The invention is based on one in the drawing illustrated embodiment described further.

According to Fig. 1 comprises a generally designated 10 Ver einzelungsvorrichtung a stacking device 11, a suction drum 12 having suction port 13 and a tray 14.
Die erste Fototasche stützt sich unmittelbar an den Fingern 20 ab.The stacking device 11 consists of a belt 15 , on which a horizontal stack 16 with upright side by side photo pockets 17 , 18 is arranged. On the front side of the stacking device is a laterally foldable retaining stop 19 , which in the example shown here consists of four horizontally oriented fingers 20 which are arranged together on a flap 21 . The first photo bag is supported directly on the fingers 20 .
The suction drum 12 is arranged at the end of the stacking device 11 behind the retaining stop 19 , the axis of rotation 22 extending transversely to the transport direction (arrow 23 ). The suction nozzles 13 are shaped in such a way that they can engage between the individual fingers 20 of the retaining stop 19 . The suction drum 12 is continuously held in rotation by a belt drive 24 .
The suction drum 12 is pressurized by a pump, which is not shown, in order to keep the figure clear. The pump is connected via a hose 25 to a stationary hollow body 26 , on which the suction drum 12 is mounted on one end face. Via a hollow shaft 27 (Fig. 2), which is coaxial with the suction drum 12 is applied to the suction drum 12 with negative pressure.
The rotational movement of the suction drum 12 and the pivoting movement of the retaining stop 19 are synchronized by a positive control consisting of a control disk 29 and a control lever 29 . The control disc is rotatably connected to the axis 22 of the suction drum. The control lever 29 projects vertically from the flap 21 . At its free end, it is engaged via a wheel 30 with the effective outer curve of the control disk 28 and follows the deflections from the control disk due to a spring preload 31st Fig. 1 illustrates that angular position of the suction drum 12 , in which the flap 21 pivot with the fingers 20 in a clockwise direction, while the suction clip 13 comb between the fingers 20 and suck the photo bag 18 .
Die betreffende Fototasche gleitet dann in eine Abtransportrinne 36.The tray 14 consists in kinematic reversal of the fingers 20 from a rake provided with fingers 30 which, with a corresponding angular position of the suction drum 12 between the suction grips 13 , and lifts off the sucked-in photo bag. The photo bag in question then slides into a removal channel 36 .
From the sectional view along section line II-II in Fig. 2 it can be seen that the suction openings 32 of the suction nozzle 13 are relatively large and thus a large suction surface bil. The edges of the suction openings 32 are also all in one plane, so that the bearing surface for the photo pockets 17, 18 is sufficiently large. The photo bags are therefore reliably supported on the suction nozzle 13 . In order to increase the exercise at the edges of the suction opening and to avoid incorrect air as much as possible, these are provided with a supple rubber mouthpiece 33 .
At the end of the stacking device 11 , a mechanical sensor 34 is present, via which it is determined whether a photo bag 17 , 18 is located on the retaining stop 19 . If this is not the case, the belt 15 is set in motion and the horizontal stack 16 up to the back stop stop 19 tracked. As an alternative, the horizontal stack 16 can also be adjusted via a spring-loaded slide (not shown).
From the sectional view along the section line III-III of FIG. 3 it can be seen that the suction openings 32 and the suction nozzle 13 extend substantially over the entire length of the photo pockets 17 , 18 . As a result, the first photo pocket 18 is reliably sucked in, even if it should not be exactly aligned in the axial direction of the suction drum 12 . The hollow shaft 27 is provided with spokes 35 and these are mounted on the hollow body 26 via an axis 36 . In the event that the free cross-section between the spoke surfaces 35 is not large enough to generate a sufficiently large negative pressure at the suction openings 32 , the hollow shaft 27 is extended into the hollow body 26 and provided with openings 37 in the hollow shaft casing, so that there are sufficiently large air passages overall.
The function of the separating device 10 is described below with reference to the figures.
The photo bags 17 , 18 are placed upright on the side of the belt 15 , either by an operator or by an automatic feeding device. The webbing 15 ver preferably runs obliquely downward, so that the photo pockets 17 , 18 are aligned flush to one side at a side stop (not shown). The first photo bag 18 is based on the fingers 20 , which can also be referred to as rakes. The suction drum 12 is in a constant, uninterrupted movement. Via the control disk 28 , the fingers 20 are held in approximately vertical orientation until the suction ports 13 approach the fingers 20 from below. Then the flap 21 pivots with the fingers 20 and releases the first photo bag 18 for falling or tipping onto the suction openings 32 . Due to the negative air pressure, the photo bag 18 is sucked in at a speed that is greater than the falling speed. Due to the inertia, the following photo bag 17 remains in its vertical position or moves more slowly, so that a free gap 39 ( FIG. 2) is formed. The suctioned photo bag 18 is immediately held stable on the Saugöffnun conditions 32 before the subsequent photo bag can close the gap 39 . While the sucked-in photo bag is moved upwards, the flap 21 goes back into the starting position with the fingers 20 . After a pre-specified angle of rotation, the suctioned photo bag is lifted off the rake 30 . Since the photo bags 17 , 18 are arranged in such a way on the webbing 15 that their openings are on the sides, the openings are not in the transport direction. This lateral guidance prevents the contents of the bag from falling out even if the pockets are not completely closed.
