Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Einbinden Schuhwerkschaftes auf dem
Leisten. Zusatz zum Patent 372981.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Verbesserung
des Verfahrens und der Vorrichtung zum Einbinden des Schuhwerkschaftes auf Leisten
nach Patent 37.2981, K1. 71c. Das neue Verfahren besteht darin, daß nicht die Einbindeschnurenden
während der Zusammenknotung angespannt bleiben, sondern der Schaftrand selbst festgehalten
wird, so daB die von der Spannvorrichtung losgelösten Schnurenden von Hand verknotet
werden
können. Zur Ausübung des neuen Verfahrens ist gemäß der Erfindung
ein ringförmiges Druckstück vorgesehen, durch das hindurch die Schnurenden angespannt
werden und das dann durch eine Vorrichtung auf den Schaftrand gedrückt wird. Ferner
ist am oberen Ende von Hebelarmen, die durch einen Bügel und eine Handschraube bewegt
werden können, eine Kappenschlinge angeordnet, mittels deren die Kappe des, Schuliwerks
fest gegen den Leisten gedruckt wird, wodurch jede Lage- und Formveränderung während
der Bear"eitung verhindert wird.' In den beiliegenden Zeichnungen ist Abb. i Vorderansicht,
teils im Schnitt, Abb. 2 eine Ansicht eines Einzelteiles, Ahb. 3 eine Seitenansicht,
teils im Schnitt. Der Leisten a ist mit Schaft c und Kappe g auf dem üblichen Zwickständer
gelagert. Am Gelenk der Stütze b ist ein Hebelpaar ; angelenkt, das oben eine Schlinge
8 aus scbmiegsamem, festem Stoff, z. B. Leder, trägt. An dem Hebelpaar 7 ist in
einer Entfernung vom Drehpunkt ein die Hebel verbindender Bügel 5 angeordnet, der
auf irgendeine Festhaltung der Handschraube d. einspielt. Die Schraube 4. geht durch
die Stütze b, und wenn man den Bügel 5 auf die Festhaltung 6 eingeklappt hat, kann
man mittels der Schraube d. das Leder 8 so anspannen, daß die Kappe g hinreichend
fest gegen den Leisten a gepreßt wird, um jede Formveränderung der Kappe l;eini
Unibiegen ihres oberen Randes zu verhindern. Zur Festhaltung des Schaftrandes dient
ein Druckstück i, das auf irgendeine Weise, z. B. durch Schuhstück 2 und Schraube
3 oder mittels eine Gestänges, durch einen Fußtritt nach unten bewegt werden kann
und dabei so gelagert ist, daß es hinreichenden Spielraum für Längsverschiebung
