Abstract

The marketable structural unit consists of a package of a set of self-service sales packagings in a protective container. Each sales packaging comprises a support plate which bears on its useful area a receiving container for the associated commodity portion while the remaining empty area is available for pictorial or textual information and is preferably provided with a hanging hole for display in a self-service stand. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruches 1 angeführten Maßnahmen erreicht, denen folgende besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Man ordnet die Ver kaufspackungen in zwei Stapel im Inneren des geschlossenen Schutzbehältnisses an, wobei diese Stapel hinsichtlich ihrer Ausrichtung und Anordnung zueinander gegensätzlich verlaufen. In dem einen Stapel verlaufen die Nutzfelder an der Stelle, wo der andere Stapel seine Leerfelder hat. Außerdem sind die Schauseiten in dem einen Stapel nach oben weisend gerichtet, während umgekehrt, die Schauseiten im Nachbarstapel nach unten weisen. So kommt es, daß die Rückseiten übereinanderliegender Verkaufspackungen, die eben gestaltet sind, aneinander liegen, während die auf grund der Aufnahmebehälter gestuft in ihrer Tiefe ge stalteten Schauseiten der Verkaufspackungen jeweils ein ander zugekehrt sind. In dem einen Stapel 32 von Fig. 6 liegen die Verkaufspackungen 11 jeweils mit übereinander liegenden Nutzfeldern 16, nach oben weisend, übereinander, wodurch in diesem Stapel 32 die Blisterschalen 17 jeweils nach oben gerichtet sind. Im Stapel 32′ erfolgt dies in spiegelbildlicher Weise. Hier sind die Aufnahmebehälter 17 nach unten hin gerichtet, während die Packungs-Rück seiten 22 nach oben weisen. Diese beiden Stapel 32, 32′ greifen aber ineinander, so daß die Leerfelder 20 des vorerwähnten Stapels 32 zwischen die mit den Aufnahmebe hältern 17 ausgerüsteten Nutzfelder des Nachbar-Stapels 32′ eingreifen. Die beiden ineinander gefügten Stapel 32, 32′ haben folglich, zueinander wechselständig, einmal einen nach rechts und einmal einen nach links weisenden Auf nahmebehälter 17 für die Waren, wobei zusätzlich die Behälter 17 einmal nach oben und einmal nach unten ge richtet sind. Im Ausgangszustand von Fig. 6 ergibt sich somit ein übereinanderliegendes Paar 33 von Verkaufs packungen 11, die mit ihren Schauseiten gegeneinander gerichtet sind. Dabei werden, wie Fig. 7 erkennen läßt, die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände 37 in den beiden Hälften 34, 34′ von den Händen 38, 38′ jeweils im Sinne der angedeuteten Druckpfeile 39, 39′ gegeneinander gedrückt, so daß sie klemmend die Umrißkanten der dort übereinanderliegenden Stapel 32, 32′ festhalten. Weil aber, wie anhand der Fig. 3 bis 5 erläutert wurde, stets die Nutzfelder 16 die maßgebliche größere Plattenbreite 28 aufweisen, werden nur diese von den beiden Händen 38, 38′ in der jeweiligen Behältnishälfte 34, 34′ festgehalten, während die demgegenüber eine schlankere Plattenbreite 27 aufweisenden Leerfelder 20 frei liegen, also weder von der Hand 38 noch von der Hand 38′ festgeklemmt werden.As can be seen from Fig. 1, the protection ratio consists of two approximately equal halves 34 , 34 ', which are connected by a tear-off strip 35 when the container is closed, which initially connects them through a separable perforation 36 . Damit ist eine automatische Trennung der beiden zunächst noch ineinandergefügten Stapel 32, 32′ aus gegensätzlich zueinander orientierten Verkaufspackungen 11 möglich. Von der Hand 38 werden über die breiten Nutzfelder 16 jeweils nur die nach oben weisenden Verkaufspackungen 11 des rechten Stapels 32 von Fig. 6 festgeklemmt, während umgekehrt, die nach unten weisenden Verkaufspackungen 11 des Nachbar- Stapels 32 von der Hand 38′ in der Behältnis-Hälfte 34′ festgelegt werden. Damit lassen sich nun beim Auseinander bewegen der beiden Hände 38, 38′ im Sinne der Bewegungs pfeile 40, 40′ von Fig. 8 die beiden Stapel 32 einwandfrei voneinander scheiden. Wie aus Fig. 8 erkennbar, stecken die Nutzfelder 16 der Verkaufspackungen 11 klemmend und damit unverlierbar und unverrückbar in den Behältnis- Hälften 34 bzw. 34′ und die zugehörigen Leerfelder 20 liegen frei und machen ihr jeweiliges Aufhängeloch 23 für die Aufhängearbeit zugänglich. Jede der beiden Hälften 34, 34′ wird nun für sich gehandhabt, um, wie aus Fig. 9 zu erkennen ist, jeden der dort ausgerichtet positionierten Stapel 32, 32′ als Ganzes auf den Haken 24 des SB-Stands 13 zu stecken. Ist dies geschehen, so wird der Druck 39, 39′ der Hände 38, 38′ beendet, die Seitenwände 37 des Schutz behältnisses geben elastisch nach und die beiden Behält nis-Hälften 34, 34′ können einfach abgezogen werden. If this is done, the pressure 39 , 39 'of the hands 38 , 38 ' is ended, the side walls 37 of the protective container yield elastically and the two container halves 34 , 34 'can be easily removed. The half 34 'is rotated in this push-on operation, so that, as with the stack 32 , the packs of the stack 32 ' are directed towards the tip of the hook with their faces.

Wie ersichtlich, ist es somit möglich, im erfindungsgemäßen Gebinde 10 die Verkaufspackungen 11 in größtmöglicher Dichte anzuordnen, so daß ungenutzte Freiräume im Inneren des Schutz behältnisses 12 weitgehend ausgeschaltet sind. Das Schutz behältnis 12 kann damit eine sehr kleine Dimension auf weisen. Damit ist zwar die Ordnung der Lage der Verkaufs packungen 11 im Behältnisinneren gestört, weil zwei gegensätzlich orientierte Stapel 32, 32′ entstanden sind, doch werden diese bei der weiteren, erläuterten Hand habung gemäß Fig. 7 bis 9 problemlos voneinander ge schieden, so daß eine einfache Beschickung des SB-Stands 13 dennoch möglich ist. Anstelle die Verkaufspackungen 11 an Haken 24 aufzuhängen, wäre es auch möglich, sie in einem Fach eines entsprechenden anderen SB-Stands abzulegen, doch auch dabei ist die stapelweise Handhabung durch die gemein samen Behältnis-Hälften 34, 34′ in entsprechender Weise möglich. Claims

1. The trade unit of a set of self-service sales packages ( 11 ) for ready-portioned goods ( 19 ), unitary container ( 10 ),

and that the support plate ( 14 ) of the sales package ( 11 ) in the empty field ( 20 ) has a smaller plate width ( 28 ) than the useful field ( 16 ) and, with its useful field ( 16 ), each has a clamping effect ( 39 , 39 ' ) between the walls ( 37 ) the associated half ( 34 , 34 ') of the protective container ( 12 ) is to be held.
