Spindle drive for spinning machines. Spindle drives for spinning machines,
in which the spindles are driven by toothed or friction wheels, and on which
spring-loaded claw or friction clutches to disengage each one
Spindles are used, have become known to me.
The subject of the present invention is now a similar spindle drive,
at your but the mentioned release devices in particular from the lower
Ends of the square heads arranged in the arms of bearing blocks
exist, finite to which the spindles are usually fitted with springs in corresponding
Recesses of. driven by the main drive shaft, known per se
Bevel gears are pushed in so that the spindles. -if they are by hand from above
here, against the pressure of the springs, be pressed down with the square heads
come out of the recesses of the brick wheels and then in this disengaged position
can be held in place by threads attached to the spindles
and can be screwed into the corresponding thread of the bearing block arrays. These
Decoupling devices therefore have the advantage that each individual spindle during
the running of the spinning machine to a standstill by gently pressing the spindle
to bring and to hold them in the disengagement position by screwing.
9o° verdreht. In the drawing is an example embodiment of the above
Shown spindle drive, namely shows: Fig. I a vertical section through
the drive, Fig. 2 also a vertical section through the drive, but around
Twisted 9o °.
In the drawing, i means the main drive shaft to which so
a lot of bevel gears 2 are attached, as are spindles. In these bevel gears
2 now grasp bevel gears 3, which in the lower arms d. one bearing block each 5
sit. These bevel gears are hollow on the inside at 6 and point at; those in the introduction
already mentioned square recesses 7 for the square heads 8 of the spindles
g, which in turn are guided through the upper arms of the bearing blocks 5. i i are
the springs, -which with the interposition of a ball bearing against one on each of the spindles
Press attached collar. (1. 1i. usually hold the spindles so high that
the square heads 8 in the square recesses; sit. 12 is that on the spindles
9 provided thread, with which the spindles are in a corresponding thread
of the upper bearing arms can be screwed in so that the spindles are pressed down in the
Position, d. H. out of engagement with the brick wheels 3 are held.
