Abstract

A mine has an upper body closed by a cover and with upper and lower chambers housing a cover-removal charge and a detonation charge respectively. Primers for the two charges are separated from one another by a fire delay, and the primer unit is movable w.r.t. an outer wall of the body between a position on which an activator for the primer cannot cooperate with it and a second in which it can act on the primers. In the first position the primers are inoperative, and in the second they face respective interfaces for the charges. The interfaces pref. include a flame guide tube communicating with the upper chamber, and a relay coupled to an auxiliary charge. Each primer pref. has an explosive cpasule and an explosive mixture, in respective cavities of the primer unit.
