Description

The invention relates to a device for attaching a mechanical connection on the cable sheath of a cable, preferred example of an optical cable consisting of an abutment, a Threaded bolt and at least one clamping element exists where at the abutment clamping means for intercepting tension and support elements of the cable and claws directed towards the cable sheath has elements and where the cable sheath continues comprehensive clamping element is arranged and this clamping element an intervention for the threaded bolt inserted in the abutment Zen has and that the clamping element with a clamping element the threaded bolt can be fixed against the abutment according to Pa tent registration P 36 11 647.5.

A device of the type described above is known from the ten patent application known. This device is used for removal conditions of cables, in particular optical cables. To catch that The inside of the optical cable has longitudinal cables elements on a threaded connector with the appropriate clamp be fixed by means. The continued in the optical cable ordered support elements are relatively stiff and therefore have to if possible be caught in a straight form. A serves for this Clamping means on an abutment of the interception device for the cable sheath is arranged. Because the support elements of the cable are usually arranged in the center, the abutment to the cable bent towards the center to support the support element in to be able to record as straight a shape as possible. This leads to Um would be difficult because of the turn of the abutment cannot be optimally determined for every cable diameter. These devices are currently used as complete components  sets, that means also when using normal messages cables, in which a separate support of support elements the interception part for the support elements had to be out of the question as a fixed advance payment. This can, for example, be disadvantageous for purely spatial reasons be.

Thus, the present invention is based on the object To create additional part that is independent of the actual Ab catch part for the cable sheath and only then used will, if support elements are to be intercepted. The posed Object is now according to the invention with a device of Type described above solved in that the Klemmvor Direction to intercept the support elements as one of the Ab Catching device for the pulling element independent additional part is designed that the clamping means for the support elements in its position is displaceable perpendicular to the cable axis and that the support element for the clamping means of the support elements Ver stiffening profiles and fasteners especially in shape of holes.

The mechanical interception of the cable sheath also from light waves Conductor cables take place in the sleeve body in the generally with clamps that contain hose clips, with which the cable sheath is clamped in a tension-proof and non-rotating manner becomes. This fixation is finally fixed with a Threaded bolts on a perforated tape or similar arrangements suitable place of the cable sleeve. If the Ka bel, such as an optical cable, with additional support elements is provided, these support elements must also be intercepted in a suitable manner. Advantage at the Vorrich tion according to the invention is that this as an independent Additional part only if necessary and then regardless of the Ab catchment of the cable jacket can be used. So you can use this device in the most optimal place and fix so that spatial problems with the arrangement like hardly play a role in assembly either. Wei  the device according to the invention can also be covered Position the cable optimally, as additional poss opportunities for adjusting the fixing part itself are given.

The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to three figures.

Fig. 1 shows the additional part for the interception of the Stützele elements in a side view.

Fig. 2 shows the additional part of FIG. 1 in a plan view.

Fig. 3 shows the additional part in combination with an interception part for the cable jacket.

Fig. 1 explains in a sectional view the structure of the clamping device KVS according to the invention to intercept the relatively rigid support elements of an optical cable. So this clamping device KVS consists of a carrier part 1 , for example in a U-shaped stiffened version, in which a plurality of holes 7 are made, which serve for the optional fastening of the clamping device KVS . At one end of the carrier part 1 , a threaded bore or a pressed-in nut is arranged with a setting nut 3 , where an adjusting screw VS is screwed. From the free end, the actual clamping means 4 for the supporting elements is screwed onto this adjusting screw VS and can be screwed along the screw thread of the adjusting screw VS to the desired position, so that the receiving hole 2 for the support element of the cable to be intercepted is exactly in the position this relatively rigid support element comes to rest. The adjustment and fixing can be carried out by screwing in the adjusting screw VS , for example with the help of a setting nut 3 . The assembly of the clamping device KVS according to the invention takes place expediently after the mounting of the clamp for the Kabelman tel. The clamping means 4 is pushed onto the support element of the cable, clamped with the screw 6 via the pressure piece 5 and then the adjusting screw VS is screwed together through the setting nut 3 and the clamping means 4 until the screw head comes to a stop.

Fig. 2 shows the design of the clamping device according to the invention in a plan view, the holes 7 in the carrier part 1 for optional fastening and the adjusting screw VS are visible.

Fig. 3 shows the possibility of combining the interception clamp AK for the cable jacket with the clamping device KVS for the support elements, as described in FIGS. 1 and 2. Here the clamp AK for the cable sheath of the cable is now inserted into one of the holes 7 of the clamping device according to the invention and fixed and fastened together with a screw bolt SB . The clamp clamp AK for the cable sheath consists essentially of the hose clamps SK , which are fastened by clamping between a bracket with screw bolts SB and the carrier part 1 of the clamping device KVS . Thus, if necessary, a common arrangement is possible again, so that all the most common combinations can be put together as required with the clamping device according to the invention.
