Abstract
Description
The present invention relates in particular to a footrest for inserting into a shoe, consisting of a flat support part with a heel area and one itself adjoining, heavily elastic, arched support area for the midfoot, with the support area about to one through the transition between the toe joints and the metatarsal line of the metatarsus extends between the first and fifth toes.
In many shoes, such as Running shoes, become insoles used, which should form a so-called footbed, but the are relatively soft and compliant. Such deposits can therefore not the foot over a long period of time provide necessary support so that it quickly leads to fatigue appearances and, in bad cases, even permanent ones Damage to the foot can occur. But since the Movements of the feet during running, i.e. the so-called Unwinding the feet also has a crucial impact have the entire musculoskeletal system here too static changes occur, misalignments forced and thus wear damage to e.g. the joints (Knee / hip joints) occur. Likewise, the whole Muscles affected.
To avoid these disadvantages, footrests are the gat appropriate type known, although due to its difficult elastic support area a good and durable sub ensure foot support. However, is also with these footrests do not optimally unwind the foot, i.e. the foot usually wraps around its outside area and the fifth toe, which is a torsion of the foot and one poor power transmission when running. Furthermore, there can also be signs of fatigue and Wear damage to the entire musculoskeletal system.
The present invention is therefore based on the object specify a footrest that ensures optimal handling, Guidance and support of the foot guaranteed.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the support area has an approximately triangular, extending beyond the base line of the toe extension which extends on the outside of the foot approximately to the end member of the fifth toe. It is particularly advantageous if the support part is shell-shaped, at least in the heel region, with a raised edge holding the rear foot. Through this embodiment of the invention, a targeted control of the foot development takes place in the direction of the first toe, ie the big toe joint, so that a direct power transmission is guaranteed while running and a pure load on the outer area of the foot is prevented. Furthermore, due to the torsion of the forefoot caused, a straight running is advantageously possible, whereby the entire musculoskeletal system is relieved. The foot is guided very well due to the edge provided according to the invention, ie any slipping of the foot from the footrest according to the invention is advantageously prevented. The edge can also be formed in at least part of the support area. It is essential, however, that the edge is only formed in the rearfoot area, that is to say up to the metatarsal bone, since on the one hand the entire foot is essentially controlled solely by the heel, so that consequently good support and guidance mainly of the heel or Rear foot area is crucial. On the other hand, in contrast to the forefoot areas, the rearfoot areas are essentially the same for all people - apart from the respective shoe size - so that the footrest according to the invention can also be produced in series. The footrest according to the invention brings about an optimal handling of the foot, with full-area support in the entire midfoot area and a clear force deflection in the toe area taking place in the sole floor loading phase, so that the entire force can be implemented there in the caulking phase. The runner thus finds an optimal power conversion, which also significantly relieves the Achilles tendon muscles.
Further advantageous design features of the invention are contained in the subclaims.
Dabei zeigen:Based on the drawing, the invention is intended in the following are explained in more detail by way of example. Show:

In the drawing, a footrest 1 according to the invention for a right foot, ie in particular for insertion in a right shoe, is shown as an example. Referring to FIG. 1, the foot support 1 according to the invention consists of a flat support portion 2 with a heel region 3 and a preferably integrally before subsequent support portion 4 for the midfoot. The support region 4 supports the longitudinal arch of the foot, namely the inner longitudinal arch with an upwardly convex inner region 5 and the outer longitudinal arch of the foot with an upwardly convex outer region 6 , the inner region 5 being more domed than the outer region due to the anatomy 6 . The support area 4 extends approximately up to a toe joint line 9 formed by the transition between the toe joints 7 and the metatarsal bone 8 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) between the first toe I and the fifth toe V. At least the support area 4 consists of a Heavily elastic material, ie a material that guarantees elastic resetting to its original shape after deformation in order to be able to give the foot sufficient support.
According to the invention, the support region 4 now has an approximately three corner-shaped extension 11 which extends beyond the basic toe joint line 9 and extends on the outside of the foot approximately to the end member 12 of the fifth toe V ( FIG. 3). Since this extension 11 according to the invention consists of the heavy elastic material of the support area 4 , the usual foot development course, which is shown in FIG. 3 with the arrow 13 , is shifted in the direction of the first toe I, ie in the direction of the arrow 14 . In this case, a targeted control of the unwinding direction is advantageously also possible through a targeted shaping of the extension 11 .
In order to keep the foot, in particular the rear foot, firmly on the footrest 1 according to the invention, ie in order to prevent slipping, the support part 2 according to the invention is cup-shaped at least in the heel region 3 with a raised edge 15 holding the rear foot. Preferably, the edge 15 is also formed in at least part of the support area 4 . Since in this case the edge 15 is also formed in the area in which the base 16 of the fifth metatarsal bone 17 (base V, see FIGS. 3 and 4) comes to rest or rest, it is particularly advantageous if the Support area 4 in the transition area to the outer edge 15 has a corresponding depression 18 (see in particular FIG. 5) which is suitable for receiving the base V. This training leads to a considerable relief of the muscle approach at the base V. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a bulge 19 can be formed through the recess 18 on the outside of the edge 15 (exaggerated). However, it is within the scope of the invention to form the depression 18 by weakening or thinning the material, so that a smooth, arch-free outer surface is guaranteed in this area.
In a particularly advantageous development of the invention, the support part 2 for the basic toe joint of the first toe I has an area 21 which is recessed compared to the area of the basic toe joint of the fifth toe V ( FIG. 2). This supports the natural pronation of the forefoot according to the invention.
As can be seen from the cross section in FIG. 5, the support part 2 according to the invention consists of a lower layer 22 which forms the heel area 3 and the support area 4 , finally the extension 11 and the edge 15 . The layer 22 advantageously consists of a difficultly elastic material, in particular of low-pressure polyethylene, as is available under the trademark "Ortholen" or "Supral RCH 1000". This material is characterized by a good, elastic recovery after deformation. Furthermore, this material can be deformed both thermoplastic and plastically in the cold state, for example by hammer blows (driving), which facilitates subsequent adjustments to the respective anatomy of the foot. The low pressure polyethylene used is synthesized with a very high degree of polymerization. Its relative molecular weight, measured by viscometry, is about 1 million, and about 3.5 to 4 million by the light scattering method. This extreme molecular weight has a very high melt viscosity and a strong viscoelastic behavior, ie in the possible processing temperatures the material does not form a liquid melt, but a kind of rubber-elastic substance, which is advantageous for the shaping of the footrest according to the invention. The low-pressure polyethylene has extremely good mechanical properties. So it cannot be destroyed by slow or sudden bending stresses, ie it is unusually tough. The behavior of low-pressure polyethylene (Supral) with multi-axis impact stress and high stress speed is also remarkable. The recording ver like for shock loads, such as those exerted when walking from one foot on the footrest according to the invention, is very high. It is also advantageous that the polyethylene used is water-repellent and shows no swelling, so that foot sweat is harmless, especially since the material is also very resistant to chemicals.
Im folgenden sollen einige mechanische Kenngrößen des verwendeten Polyäthylens (Supralen) beispielhaft angegeben werden:In the following, some mechanical parameters of the used polyethylene (Supralene) exemplified will:
Dichte:0,94 g/cm³ Zugfestigkeit:220 bis 250 Kp/cm² Reißdehnung:ca. 800% Grenzbiegebeanspruchung:270 Kp/cm² Torsionsmodul bei +20°C:2 500 Kp/cm² Shorehärte (Skala D):64 bis 67Density: 0.94 g / cm³ Tensile strength: 220 to 250 Kp / cm² Elongation at break: approx. 800% Bending limit stress: 270 Kp / cm² Torsion modulus at + 20 ° C: 2 500 Kp / cm² Shore hardness (scale D): 64 to 67
In the heel area 3 , the layer 22 is advantageously made thinner than in the support area 4 in order to ensure a certain elasticity of the heel area 3 . Here, a cushioning of the heel bone 23 can be effected during the heel rotation phase of the foot unwinding. As can further be seen from FIG. 5, the support part has a cover sole 24 made of a soft, elastic material, for example rubber or plastic, on its upper side facing the foot. Preferably, the reference sole 24 extends integrally to form an elastic toe section 25 to the front over the support region 4 and the extension 11 . Furthermore, the reference sole 24 is also arranged on the inside of the edge 15 .
To prevent the formation of an expansion foot, the support region 4 can have a pad 26 in its front section according to the invention (see FIG. 1). The strength or thickness of the pad 26 is to be adapted to the respective foot. In most cases, it will be a merely "indicated" pad 26 with only a slight bulge.
