Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einstellvorrichtung für Kordelführer an Näh- und Stickmaschinen
und besteht darin; daB neben den allgemeinen Einstellvorrichtungen ,des Wordelführers
.sowohl in .der Nadelschwingrichtung als auch quer zur Na.delschwingrichtung in
der Schwenkrichtung des Kordelführers eine Feineinstellung vorgesehen ist, so daß
eine unbedinbgt genaue Einstellung des Kordelführers ' möglich ist, von dessen richtiger

Einstellvorrichtung besteht aus dem eigentlichenTrägera, der mit einerEinschiebezunge
b versehen ist, die zu idessenBefestigung im Kolben der Stofdrückerstange dient.
In dem Träger a lagert .indessen schellenartig ausgebildetem Körperteil der in der
Schwingrichtung der schwingenden Sticknadel verschiebbare und gegen Verdrehen gesicherte
Bolzen c. In der Stirnseite des Bolzens c (Aibb. 5) lagert die Stellschraube d,
die mit einem Führungsring e versehen ist, in den das Gabelstück f eingreift, !das
einerseits als Bestandteil der Brücke g -in dem Sdhellenkörper des Trägers a ruht,
so daB .beim Drehen der Stellschraube d der Bolzen c in diam Träger
a
sich achsial zu verschieben vermag. In dem Bolzen c ruht unter Federwirkung
schwenkbar .in die Arbeitsstellung und aus dieser ein Schwenkbolzen h, 'der an seinem
unteren Ende in der Schwingrichtung :der Nadel verschMbbar und mittels Klemmschraube
i feststellbar :den Arm k -aufnimmt, der in seinem Kopfstück t quer 'dazu
den Kordelführer m aufnimmt. An den Schwenkbolzen h ist außer-,dem ein Anschlaghebel
n, der mit einem Winkelstück o als eigentlichem Anschlag versehen ist, vorgesehen.
Gegen letzteren ruht die 'durch den Bolzen c hindurchgeführte Stellschraube p, mit
der noch eine Sicherungsmutter r zwecks besserer Feststellung in Verbindung gebracht-
ist. Entsprechend der Einstellung der Stellschraube p schwenkt der Querhebel n :des
Bolzens h in (der Pfeilrichtung (Abb. 3) aus, damit ,der Arm k und mit diesem der
Kordelführer. Die Schraube q dient als Stellschraube zur Einstellung des Kordelführers

Die Einstellung,des Kordelführers geschieht folgendermaßen-Zunächst
wird nach Lösen der Stellschraube i der Arm k in seiner Achsrichtung, also
in Nadelschwingrichtung so verschoben und eingestellt, daB -der Kordelführer der
gewünschten Stellung in der Nadelschtvingrichtung ungefähr entspricht, und dieStellschraube
dann wieder angezogen. Hierauf wird der Kordelführer m quer zur Nadelschwingrichtung
unter Inanspruchnahme der Stellschraube q in die gewünschte Lage gebracht. Die Neigung
des Kordelführers kann durch Drehen des Kordelführerarmes k in :seiner Führung des
Schwenkbolzens h nach Lockern der Schraube i eingestellt werden. Damit wäre nun
:die Einstellung, wie sie bislang möglich war, beendet; sie genügt aber nach Iden
praktischen Erfahrungen nicht, um eine wirklich genaue und saubere Stickarbeit zu
gewährleisten. Der Kordelführer muB genauer eingestellt wenden können; zu diesem
Zweck ist eine :doppelte Feineinstellung vorgesehen, zunächst in, der Nadelschwingriahtung,'die
durch Drehen :der Stellschraube d sich ergibt; hier-,durch wird, da .der Gabelkörper
f , als Widerlager 'dient, der Bolzen c und mittelbar damit der Kordelführer m nach
vorn oder rückwärts bewegt. Die Stellschraube p bewirkt durch Druck auf Iden Querhebel
n ein mehr oder weniger starkes Ausschwenken des Kordelführerarmes und dedurdh des
Kondelführers um den Schwenkbolzen h und damit eine besonders genaue Einstellungsmöglichkeit
