Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Verbesserung und weitere Ausgestaltung der in dem Patent 365556 beschriebenen Magnetnadel für Erdbebenwarten und Wetterdienst, bei welcher unter den Teillinien einer Skala, an welcher der Grad des Ausschwingens der Magnetnadel festgestellt werden kann, je ein Magnetschalter angeordnet ist, von denen die beiden äußeren Alarmsignale auslösen. Bei diesem Gerät tritt der Nachteil auf, daß die Alarmzeichen wieder unterbrochen werden, sobald die Magnetnadel zurückschwingt, so daß nur kurze Alarmzeichen gegeben werden, auch können die Schalter verschmoren. Um diesen Nachteil zu beseitigen, ist der Erfindung gemäß das Gerät derart ausgebildet, daß die beiden äußeren Schalter an j e eine Fallklappe angeschlossen sind, so daß die Schalter sofort nach erfolgtem Stromschluß stromlos gemacht und gleichzeitig Daueralarmklingeln eingeschaltet werden.Device with magnetic needle for earthquake monitoring and weather services.
